Hello TCC-ians,
Time really flies, in the blink of an eye TCC Group is
already 10 years old!
and current staff which aided in the growth of the
organization.
Those of us whom have joined this young and
dynamic organization over the decade will have
witnessed our transformation over the years into one
of the largest manpower outsource organization.
I shall take this opportunity to congratulate and
thank everyone for being a part of this important
milestone in TCC Group’s history. Your contribution
makes a real difference!
Known for our profession and expertise, we
continuously strive to work hard and build strong
relationship with many business partners as well

From Then to Now...
FROM A HUMBLE BEGINNING
Since its inception in 2004, TCC Group of Companies is proud to be the pioneer in recruiting and deploying service
and sales associates for 4 to 6 stars hotels, food and beverages outlets and retail sectors. Over the years, this young
and dynamic organization has grown in size and developed into one of the region’s leading manpower outsource
organization, known for its professionalism and expertise. Celebrating TCC Group’s 10th year anniversary, let’s take a
trip down memory lane.
2011
HOW TCC GROUP ENHANCE THEIR PROFESSION TO CATER
OVERSEAS MARKET;:
- TCC Education and Consulting Services Pte Ltd (TCCECS) was
introduced in Dec 2011 to provide a unique learning journey for overseas
students to study as well as to get some experience on the working
environment in Singapore.
- Arrange various programme to accommodate the needs of overseas
market while creating opportunities for cultural exchange curriculum
between Korea, China, Taiwan and Malaysia.
2010
WHERE DID TCC GROUP GO ON AND EXPAND IN THEIR
EXPERTISE:
- TCC Solutions Pte Ltd (TCCS) was launched in Oct 2010 to provide
assistance to the retail and F&B sectors in Singapore which is faced by
the manpower crunch.
- TCCS was selected by SPRING Singapore as the sole manpower
deployment company in Singapore to spearhead a pilot Part-time Pool
Programme rolled out by our Minister of Trade and Industry which aims to
help and alleviate the manpower shortages faced by the Retail and F&B
industry locally.
- A programme was introduced to provide specialized training to workers as
well as the creation of Flexi-work plan to entice more back-to-work mature
workers.
2009
- Aims to create employment with flexible arrangement, tailored to individual
needs and reduces the manpower shortages with effective job match and
working schedules.
HOW TCC GROUP CONTINUE TO EXCEL:
- SingAsia Education Institute Pte Ltd was established in Feb 2009 to further to
enhance on quality of our training.
- Professionally structured training manuals were developed.
- Apart from the local workforce, TCC sees the need for bringing foreign
talents into Singapore on a short term basis. It started to engage Korean and
Taiwanese into Singapore for training and thereafter, short term job placements.
2007
WHAT TCC GROUP ACHIEVED IN THE FOLLOWING YEARS:
- TCC Manpower Pte Ltd (TCCM) was set-up to provide employment
agency and head hunting services.
- Reputable for providing fitting candidates in the hospitality and retail
industries.
- Specialized in identifying and recruiting motivated students, TCCM
further provides free training to prepare its candidates for employment.
- With its vast network in the Hospitality Industry, TCCM provides
employment opportunities to candidates who are keen to set a career
into Hotels and Resorts locally.
- TCCM started workplace attachment for graduates to move a step
forward into preparing candidates.
2004
HOW TCC GROUP WAS FOUNDED BACK THEN:
- To provide solutions for staffing problems faced by the hospitality
industry (hotels and resorts) in Singapore.
- Started with a team of 3, TCC focused to deploying a committed number
of trained workers to its clients.
- As the group grows, TCC was able to deploy large numbers of service
associates within a short period of time.
- It was also able to provide large pool of trained service associates to
meet adhor demands. eg. special projects, periods or covering the work
of employees on extended leave.

TCC GROUP’S PARTNERSHIP AND THE ACCOLADES
RECEIVED FROM PAST DECADE:
Hooray!
For two consecutive years, in Aug 2008 and 2009, TCC Group
has been awarded with the Certificate of Commitment by
Industrial & Services Co-operative Society Ltd (ISCOS). During
the collaboration, ISCOS members are being employed by
TCCHR as service personnel, housekeepers and linen staffs.
More remarkably in 2010, TCC Group’s CEO, Mr Winston Sim
was presented with the Successful Entrepreneur award. With
a humble start in 2004 and just a dozen of part-time casual
employees for hotel banquet functions, TCC Group have now
grow into more than 20,000 service associates.
In the same year, TCC Group was awarded the May Day CBF
Model Partnership Award. The award recognized TCC Group
as a Tripartite partner, which moves towards productivity-driven
growth and strives to provide better jobs and a better quality of
life for Singaporeans.

As a organization which acknowledges staff accomplishments,
TCC Group then pledged under the Tripartite Alliances for Fair
Employment Practices and is honoured with the Employer
Appreciation award.
More recently in 2013, TCC Manpower became a member of
the Singapore National Employers Federation and the Korean
Chamber of Commerce in Singapore.

Tucked away at Basement of The Central mall, you will be
able to locate Stay Home Mum Café, a lovely hideout that
serves cakes in glass jars. The cozy café is owned by the
jovial Jeslind Tan, a stay home mum who enjoys baking
and started making cakes as gifts for families and friends.
Her decision to start the café and share her delights was
fuelled by her passion and the encouragement received
from those who tasted the cakes.
Cake in a jar has been growing in popularity for the past
couple of years and has been a good alternative for
those who want a mess-free cake for sending as a gift.
The old-fashioned jam jars are filled with layers of fluffy
sponge, chocolate chips and buttery icing. These cake
jars dominate over the usual soft sweet food as people
can now save the messy hassle by eating cake straight
from the jar.
As all cakes are handmade daily with fresh ingredients
without any artificial preservatives, it is recommended
to be consumed them within 3 days of purchase. But I
am pretty confident that once you opened the jar lid, the
chances of finishing the yummylicious cakes within a blink
of an eye are sky high!!
Remember to also check out the mochi cakes, cream
puffs, customized cake and cupcakes are available too!!

LOOKS: Cakes are carefully packed in the jar and tied
with a sweet colored ribbon. Request to the owner if you

and new flavors introduced occasionally by the owner,
your taste buds are in for a treat! My personal favorite
has got to be the “Bailey Tiramisu”, “Choco Monkey” and
“Lychee Rose”.
