It is managed through the Alumni Office and supported by a steering committee. Funds raised by the HAC are deposited into the West Liberty University Foundation and support student-athletes in all of the 17 men’s and women’s sports. Fundraising efforts provide scholarships, support departmental needs and fund capital improvements.
