Who exhibits at the AAMP Convention? Exhibitors
represent a cross section of major meat, poultry
and food industry suppliers who serve smaller food
companies. Firms exhibiting in Omaha will feature:
processing equipment; packaging supplies and
equipment; technical and computer services; deli,
mail order and catering supplies; marketing aids;
transportation, chilling and building information;
laboratory services and testing equipment; consultants
in various food processing areas; and more!
If you want to visit the Exhibition... Industry
supplier companies that do not exhibit at the show
are permitted to send representatives to the AAMP
Convention. Registration fees are as follows: AAMP
member supplier company - $545 and additional
persons are registered at $75 each; non-member
supplier company - $845 with additional persons
being registered at $100 each; $250 for a one-day-only
pass. Non-exhibiting representatives are prohibited
from doing business in the Exhibit Hall. Call AAMP

The American Association of Meat Processors
(AAMP) is North America’s largest meat and poultry
trade organization headquartered in Elizabethtown,
Pennsylvania. AAMP represents nearly 1200 small
and very small packers, processors, wholesalers,
home food service businesses, retailers, deli and
catering operators, and their suppliers.
The Association, located two hours from Washington, D.C., actively represents its members at the
federal level of government. It also provides education, resource tools, and business management
assistance to the independent segment of the meat industry. The Association has been serving the
meat, food and poultry industry since 1939.
