These machines are designed for ease of use in
machining 30 – 80m rotor blades (1800 – 4500mm
bolt p.c.d) in a production environment.
The machines are hydraulically driven with geared
reduction rotational drive and milling spindle to
accept industry standard tooling.
They machine the root end inserts to a precision
flatness tolerance while maintaining a portable nature
to enable ease of movement around the blade
production facility.
