2011-2013 F150 UPR Billet Oil Separator Install Guide for 2011-2013 F150 EcoBoost trucks.

Tools needed: Tools Socket, 1/2in socket, 8mm socket (for clamp tightening, adapter for 8mm socket
to tighten & driver, 1/2 wrench, 1/4 flat head, drill., 5/16 drill bit (Bosch used). Allen wrenches come
with kit. Cutters
Kit Contents:
Step 1:
Screw in bottom nut with hex (supplied).
Step 2:
Screw in L-Bracket with smaller screw hex and supplied hex tool.
Step 3:
Attach elbows, and turn one full rotation short of being tight.
Step 4:
Drill hole (central hole in the image above). The pre-drilled left hole doesn't work, right two
holes (where Stage 3 Installed their oil separator) runs into other part trouble.
Step 5:
Remove stock piping.
Step 6:
Attach catch can w/ supplied 1/2" nut and lock nut (Use 1/2" wrench to hold nut and 1/2" socket
to tighten).
Step 7:
Cut supplied hose to length using cutting tool. I bought an extra 6 feet of hose at Advance Auto
(8 bucks) and bought clamps as a backup (Home Depot). Attach hosing and clamps to knobs. BE
SURE TO ATTACH CLAMPS BEFORE ATTACHING HOSE (If needed).
Step 8:
Tighten clamps at each point to complete the installation.
