How the Process Works:
1. Complete this order form and either fax it to us or drop it in the mail. Let us know which one of
our products you would like to order and what size you want.
2. Make sure you sign the waiver/permission form at the bottom of this order form.
No work will begin on any project until we have that on file.
3. Once you have mailed or faxed us this order form, email your photo(s) to
[email protected].
4. For photos that are to large to email (10 mgs maximum) we suggest that you burn them to
a CD and mail them to us along with this form at the address shown above.
5. In about 7-10 working days you will receive your print(s) in the mail via US Mail unless you
have requested and paid for a different shipping method and indicated that on this form.
6. Follow the enclosed instructions on how to apply your Actionprint Wall Graphic. Although
each print is printed on durable, removable material, they must be handled with care and
the installation instructions must be followed. We will not reprint or replace any Actionprint
Lifestyle Wall Graphic that is not handled correctly or placed on any inappropriate surfaces
as outlined in the instructions.
Qty
The quality of your final Actionprint wall graphic is TOTALLY dependent upon the quality of the digital photo you submit. Our graphic
artists and imaging software do an incredible job of making sure that we get the highest quality when we enlarge your print but we
can’t make a flawless print from a weak or fuzzy image.
• First and foremost, you MUST own the copyright to the image and be legally eligible to reproduce the image. You must sign the
waiver on the bottom of this order form or we will not produce your print. No exceptions.
• Submit photos that were taken with a digital camera, not a scan of a print. This will eliminate any dust specs or scratch lines.
We don’t clean up submitted files unless you are willing to pay an extra fee.
• We only accept digital files in .jpg format at this time.
• The better the resolution of the original digital photo that you submit, the better your final print will look. Set your camera to it’s
highest setting. A recommend a setting of 4 mega pixels or higher. For those customers who are more comfortable with dots per
inch (dpi), we recommend a resolution of 300 dpi or higher with a maximum dpi of 360.
• The subject of the photo that you want to use in your Actionprint should fill most of the frame in your original digital photo.
As example, you wouldn’t want to use a photo of your daughter playing soccer if you shot the photo all the way accross the field
with a normal lense.
