The meeting was called to order by President Joe Olofson at 12:59 PM. An opening prayer was offered by
Bob McGrath. A motion to suspend with the regular
order of business for guest speaker(s) Chief Malone.
He spoke on Station 16 Closed on July 16 and Station
xxxxx opened July 18. Chris Poteet spoke about the
Don Wolf lunch and how it started.
Secretary’s Report: None for J une. New Cr edit
Union will move August 10th and 11. The new Credit
Union will be open August 12, 2016.
Treasurer’s Report: Bob McClain gave a r epor t
on May and June. Passed.
Communications: Looking for fisher men to help
kids at the Indiana State Fair, Fishing with a Firefighter. The Local 416 Golf Outing is September 13th and
14th. Billy Musgrave asked for retires to sponsor a
hole for $150.00. Passed.
Old Business: Scott Williams spoke on how construction is going.
New Business: Candy Jones of the Pension Office is
going to retire August 31st. She will be missed.
Good and Welfare: Retir ee Night is September 20,
2016 at 5:00 PM.
Acknowledges: Fr ank Lemons gave back $22.77.
Meeting adjourned at 1:31 PM.
