ripping with fast changeover times. The
Model 435-H Series combines productivity,
accuracy, and production flexibility.
Precision dip chain feed system for
infinate saw spacing without tool
contact and air loaded pressure system
for positive material containment.
Capacity:
63” arbor space, 65” capacity feed bed, thickness
to 2”
Feed Bed:
Precision feed chains spanned by extruded aluminum
structural feed slats with replaceable steel backed
rubber inserts.
Robust construction provides durability
and reliable performance even for multiple
shift operations.
Roll out arbor changeover system with
arbor transport carts can be rolled to
tool rooms or adapted to work with
overhead crane systems.
Hold Downs:
Two 5“ dia. air loaded roller hold downs provided infeed
and outfeed of saw arbor.
Feed Drive:
10 HP with variable speed control. 30’ to 150’ per
minute rate.
Saw Arbor:
3-3/4” dia. keyed clamp-up arbor with precision
aluminum saw spacers. Arbor mounted on
overbeam with roll-out feature facilitating fast
arbor changeovers.
Arbor Drive:
100 HP direct arbor drive though quick release flex coupling.
Power vertical adjust.
Dust Collection:
Three 10” dia. openings, requires 8,100 CFM, based on
4” water gauge, 5,000 feet per minute velocity.
