Optirack’s patent pending lance reduces the number of bolted connections per solar
panel required in the field. This results in lower installation costs.
Optirack is manufactured with galvanized steel that provides an
impervious barrier against moisture and corrosive atmospheric elements.
Wide Flange Piers are hot dipped galvanized per ASTM A123. The structural steel
is made of galvanized steel per ASTM A653 Grade 50, G90. All hardware is zinc
coated per ASTM B633. If the site requires, other coating options are available.
Optirack is shipped preassembled to reduce the field assembly labor.
Optirack is custom engineered to meet each customer and each site’s requirements,
resulting in a more efficient use of material.
