How has your organization prepared for the influence of this meaningful age cohort? It is not only important that
providers respond with more than just programmatic and tactical approaches, but that they reposition their

but behavioral patterns, health status, a lifespan analysis, and income figures for these aging adults.
Session Objectives:

longevity, etc.).

do lenders have for providers who are seeking capital, whether on the market-rate side or for tax-credit projects?
These questions and more will be answered by the finance professionals participating in the session.
Session Objectives:
Objective 1: To discuss recent trends in senior living financing and what providers need to know if seeking capital.
Objective 2: For providers to understand what steps their organization needs to take to successfully prepare for
capital projects and be a strong candidate for financing.
