STERIMATIC
A UNIQUE SYSTEM WHICH
PROTECTS NEEDLES
The safer, hygienic and economical way to inject all livestock.
Helps protect livestock against cross infection from damaging
viruses and bacteria.
Laboratory tested and used extensively across the world, the Sterimatic System has proved
to be effective on a wide range of animals, poultry and birds.
The Sterivax Pack combines a
high quality 5ml Phillips
vaccinator with the Sterimatic
Needle System, to give up to
300 automatically disinfected
and accurate injections.
The Sterimatic sleeve is a
retractable sleeve which fits
onto the syringe around the
needle, helping to protect it.
The Stericap is a precision
moulded plastic container,
that fits into the Sterimatic
sleeve and contains foam
soaked in disinfectant, which
cleans the needle as it passes
through the Stericap.
The needle is protected before
use and automatically cleaned
as it enters the animal.

through a biocide-filled chamber
between every injection.
It’s so easy to use:
Prime the needle
and syringe
to expel air,
as usual.
Fit the protective
sleeve over the
needle and onto
the syringe.
Push the STERICAP
onto the sleeve
over the needle
point.
Twist off the seal
and discard
and the system
is ready for use.
Push the
STERICAP
against the skin
of the animal,
the sleeve will
retract.
The needle
passes through
the STERICAP
chamber and is
automatically
swabbed and
disinfected. The
dose is delivered to
the correct depth,
as usual.
