Pledge Program:
We strongly believe our annual charity cruise is a fun and rewarding experience
for our participants. We hope to make this year’s Cheese Wheel 450 the best on record,
so the more contributions you raise, the more successful we will become! Thank you
very much for your participation in our Pledge Program!!
Pledge Rules:
• Participants may start collecting pledges as soon as possible.
• Each sponsor making a pledge should fill in the information required. Participants
should collect all pledge money prior to the CW450.
• This Pledge Program is voluntary but everyone is encouraged to participate!!
Reminder: All pledge sheets and donations need to be returned at check-in for CW450.
Pledge Goals:
• Each participants should shoot for at least 10 donations.
• If a car raises $200 ($100 from each driver and co-driver) you will each win our
“$100 t-shirt”. Sizes will be taken after pledge money has been turned in. We will
then mail your specially designed, limited edition, shirts to you once they are printed
• If a car raises $500 it will be awarded with a Half-Off coupon that can be used for
registration to next year’s CW450 Charity Road Rally.
Event Reminder:
• See CW450 disclaimer for all restrictions regarding proper participant conduct. CW,
Inc. reserves the right to suspend and remove any participant at any point if your actions are deemed inappropriate or unsafe. The CW450 is not a race!

charity organization. Proceeds generated will be donated to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin chapter of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
