WHO’S WHO AMONG THE JUDGES
Shanna Tootle
Shanna Tootle is a certified Miss America Organization judge with over 20 years of
pageant experience as a contestant, director, judge, tabulator and mentor. A Tattnall
County Board of Education employee for the last nine years, Shanna recently stepped
down to work with her husband in their family business fulltime, Tootle Spreader
Service in Reidsville, Georgia.
Shanna, a native of Tattnall County, has been married to her husband Mr. Shawn
Tootle for 19 years. They have two children Kayla, 18, and Austin, 11.

WHO’S WHO AMONG THE JUDGES
Donna Haddock
Donna Greenway Haddock is a former Miss Emanuel County and competed in the
1994 Miss Georgia Pageant where she won a talent award. An accomplished vocalist,
Donna has performed with stars Gene Watson, Jett Williams, Charlie McCoy and
legendary Percy Sledge. Currently, Donna serves as Executive Director of the Miss
Emanuel County Miss Southeast Georgia pageant. Donna has been involved in the
Miss America Organization for over 18 years.
A native of Swainsboro, Georgia, Donna is married to Dr. Mark Haddock and they
have two sons, Zachary, 16, and Tyler, 14.
Barbara Murphy
Dawn Sowell
Dawn Sowell is a teacher, counselor, and administrator. She has devoted over 25 years
to education. Dawn has been the Miss Wildcat pageant assistant director for seven
years. Two years ago Miss Camden County was recognized as a preliminary for the
Miss Georgia organization thanks to the work of Dawn and her pageant director.
A Kingsland, Georgia resident, Dawn is married to Mr. Robin Sowell, a mother of
four, and has five grandchildren.
Kym Greene
Kym Greene is serving as the pageant’s auditor for the evening. She has been actively
involved in the space of development and accounting for over 35 years. Kym was on
the early development team responsible for Callawassie & Spring Islands, and has also
worked at Sun City Hilton Head.
A College of Charleston graduate, Kym currently owns and operates a financial
management consultancy.
Barbara Murphy began her career over 25 years ago as a social worker with the Evans
County Department of Family and Children Services. Barbara enjoys service. This
includes Chairperson of the Scholarship Committee for the Evans County Branch of
NAACP, Secretary for Rosebud Garden Club, finance committee member of Green
Cypress Missionary Baptist Church, board member of Miss Altamaha, tabulator at
the Miss Evans County AfroSociety Pageant, President of the Gladiettes Civic Club,
Kiwanis Club, and Statesboro Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
A Claxton native, Barbara graduated from Georgia Southern University, where she
holds a degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Work.
Darrell Williams
Darrell Williams is a preschool special education teacher and program coordinator in
the Douglas, Georgia system. He works primarily with autistic children and has
earned Teacher of the Year accolades. He is a certified Miss America judge with 25
years of pageant experience, and is the State Director for the Miss Georgia South
Pageant. He assists with the search of contestants for the Miss Georgia USA and Miss
Georgia Teen USA Pageant systems.
Darrell is from Fargo, Georgia and graduated with Cum Laude honors from Valdosta
State University with dual degrees in Telecommunications and Early Childhood
Education, as well as a Master's degree in Education.
