The manhole clamp SZA is used for the transport and laying
of manholes.
No adjustment of the clamping range is necessary. Accidents
caused by incorrect adjustment are excluded.
Due to the holdfast application the clamp must not be lifted
when applying and disconnecting.
The manhole clamp SZA can be used for all standard
manholes:
l thin-walled manholes
l manholes according to DIN 4034 Part 1
l manholes according to DIN 4034 Part 2
l symmetrical conical manholes (cones) according to DIN 4034
l asymmetrical conical manholes (cones) according to DIN 4034

Pipe Chain Sling With Hooks
The pipe chain sling with hooks is designed for easy and convenient loading and unloading of all types of
pipes. It consists of two pipe hooks and a two-leg chain sling, whose lengths are designed to handle pipes
up to 4 m.
All pipe chain slings with hooks are delivered with a
2-leg chain sling and a device for shortening and
lengthening the chain sling for pipe lengths up to 4 m.

Mini Pipe Pulling Device
The mini pipe pulling device is adjusted via the spindle to
suit the outside diameter of the pipe and it is tensioned
behind the socket end (Fig. 2) of the pipe.
The chain is fit in the pulling bar to pull the pipe via the hand
pump. In order to avoid that the last laid pipe is pulled out
again tension the mini pipe pulling device in the last but one
laid pipe.

Working procedure:
- Adjust the length of the two clamping arms to suit the new pipe diamater.
- Tension the pipe pulling device behind the socket end of the previously laid pipe.
- Position the next pipe to be laid.
- Fit the pulling bar and fix the pullling chains (Fig. 1).
- Pull the pipe via the two pulling cylinders.

The Pipe Layer for the safe pipe transport and
professional pipe laying

The hydraulic pipe layer is designed for the
transport and the laying of pipes up to
2,000 kg of weight.
The pipes are picked up inside the pipe by
means of a lifting arm. Therefore, also
horizontal pipes can be placed very close to
each other e.g. on lorries and pipes can be
independently offloaded by the operator of
the excavator without problem (single man
operation).
The pipe layer is screwed to the quick
change system of the excavator via the
adaptor plate.
The operation of the pipe layer is carried out
by the driver of the excavator via the hydraulic
power take-off system on excavator. For this
two free hydraulic circuits are required.
For quick picking up of pipes and exact
alignment within the trench the pipe layer is
equipped with a rotating cylinder enabling a
horizontal rotation of the pipe by +/- 30°.
During transport the pipe is secured by a
hydraulic clamping device to prevent
slippage.

For the laying of pipes the pipe layer can be

The Strong Combination of Grab and Sling for the Safe Handling
of Cylindrical Parts (Pipes, Cylinders ...)
Sling or Pipe Grab ?
Slings can be used for handling pipes when the pipes are positioned on a squared beam and when the sling can
be pushed through underneath the pipe. The advantages of the slings are, however: high carrying capacity,
lightweight and inexpensive.
Pipe Grabs are mechanical grabs. They are very solid and assure safe pipe handling. A complete encircling of the
load is not necessary as the load is held by frictional and embracing forces.
Why not combine both advantages in one single piece of equipment ?
The result is the WIMAG Round Grab WRG:
The solid steel construction assures safe pipe handling even under the toughest circumstances. Due to the
built-in automatic mechanism, the round grab opens and closes automatically when picking up or positioning the
pipe. The large clamping range is quickly and simply adjusted via a bolt. A control panel guarantees the correct
adjustment of the clamping range. The easily adjustable support provides additional safety during handling. The
solid suspension eye can be fitted into any lifting equipment.
The wide slings assure careful and safe transport even of delicate or coated pipes. The slings are covered with a
protective tube. The slings are additionaly protected against wear and tear by protective plates situated at the
bottom.

Road Gully Grab
A grab for base-, cylindrical- and conical drain assemblies !
The laying and positioning of street grates according to
DIN 4052 in drain excavations is the strenuous daily
routine of a civil engineer. The base drain assemblies
weighing up to 150 kg have to be laid precisely by hand
which often requires considerable effort and time.
Using the new road gully grab SAG-450 the job can
easily be carried out by one person: precisely and
saving time. The operation should be carried out close
to the ground.
The operation is very simple: the SAG is positioned
onto the base drain assembly which is to be laid and
the lifting equipment is attached. After raising the
safety catch, the base drain assembly can be lowered
into the drain excavation and positioned. After setting
down the assembly, the grab opens automatically.
The laying of the cylindrical drain assembly is carried
out in the same way: simple and economically.
For the laying of conical drain assemblies, the bolt
must be reset. Due to the swivelling clamping jaw, the
conical drain assembly may be lifted immediately
above the centre of gravity.
A patent has been issued for the road gully grab.

Manhole Housing Grab
One grab for housing and cover !
The manhole housing grab enables simple and safe
transport and laying of manhole covers according to
EN 124 / DIN 1229.
The housings as well as the covers can be safely lifted
and laid by the manhole housing grab.
The suspension eye of the manhole housing grab is fitted to the load hook of the excavator / loader and is
then positioned onto the manhole cover. After releasing
the safety catch the housing and the cover are lifted
and positioned on the conical drain assembly.
When setting down the manhole cover the safety catch
blocks itself and the grab opens automatically.
When turning the grab 180° the covers can be easily
taken out of the housing using the grab and the hooks.
The manhole housing grab is galvanized as standard.
A patent has been issued for the manhole housing
grab.

Specification:
The Winch SW 100 is characterised by a simple design. It is
corrosion-proof galvanized, easy to run and can be used for all
purposes. Solid construction via closed housing.
The SW 100 is equipped with an automatic axial load-pressure
brake with safety catch which holds the load securely and
safely in any position.
The gear is completely encapsulated. The bearing is equipped
with plain bearings requiring no maintenance.
The crank is equippped with a turnable handle. The crank arm
is continuously adjustable in length and can be removed in
an unloaded condition.
The winch can be simply fixed to a wall or to a console. The
winch is constructed in accordance with the Regulations for the
Prevention of Accidents, VBG 8.

Specification:
The Winches SW 650, SW 1250 and SW 3000 are constructed
with a solid housing. The equipment is completely galvanized.
The winches are easy to run and can be used for all purposes.

The Flat Grab FGS was developed for handling
rough stones and concrete parts with parallel
surfaces.

The high pressure guarantees safe handling.
One clamping jaw is adjustable. The narrow
construction of the second clamping jaw is welded
to one end of the beam. This narrow construction
enables the grasping, tensioning and the safe
upright setting of horizontally positioned concrete
parts. Due to the adjustable suspension ring, e.g.
L-shaped stones can be put into an upright position.
The FGS is equipped with exchangeable rubber
coatings.
The FGS can be used near to the ground together
with any lifting equipment.
For picking up the load, a bolt is pulled which snaps
in by itself when the load is put down and the grab
opens automatically.
Due to a high-strength chain the FGS has a low net
weight. The guide handle enables an exact
positioning of the load. The grab is coloured orange,
RAL 2000. The beam and the connecting elements
are galvanized. The application has been made for
patent.

handling rough plates with parallel surfaces.
The high lever transmission guarantees high
pressure. By turning the clamping jaws,

The ideal grab for heavy, irregular blocks.
The boulder grab was developed for the simple transport of irregular stones and boulders. Of
course, elements with parallel sides can also be transported.
The large lever transmission and the rotating clamping jaw guarantee a stable load handling.
The roughly profiled clamping jaws ensure a safe gripping. The clamping jaws can be replaced
by hardened tips.
The holding down device is adjustable in height.
When handling assymmetrical loads with an eccentric center of gravity the suspension eye can
be exactly positioned above the center of gravity. The clamping jaws can be adjusted on both
sides via bolts.
The boulder grab can be used with any material handling lifting equipment near to the ground.
Remove bolt when picking up the load. When setting down the load the bolt will snap in by itself and the grab opens automatically.

Floor panel lifting gear with safety chain.
This lifting gear is used for the laying of reinforced
floor and roof panels with profiled sides.
The panels can be laid by one person without any
space left in between. Adjustment of the panels is
not necessary.
The floor panel lifting gear is delivered with a chain
storage and 2 galvanized safety chains which can

The Gantry Crane V is designed for indoor and outside use and can be equipped with any manual or electric hoist.
The strong V-supports allow a high carrying capacity, a high span and a high construction height. The clamping
connection between V-supports and beam enables a continuously adjustable span. The all bolt connection guarantees an easy and fast erection of the crane. Big steel wheels of a diameter of approx. 400 mm allow an easy
run. For a simple moving of the crane on even and solid ground, the crane can be equipped with ratchet drive
acting on 2 wheels. The wheels can be fixed at 90° intervals, two of them can be additionaly locked.
Coat of varnish: orange, RAL 2000.
The Gantry Crane VH can be adjusted in height via bolts.
Full assembly: crane with crane test book including a certified preliminary- and construction test, operating
instructions, but without hoist.

The Portable Gantry Crane KPK can be equipped with any manual or electric hoist for indoor or outside use. It can
be quite easily moved on even, solid ground. The clearance width LB is continuously adjustable by means of the
clamping connection between supports and beam. The crane can be easily dismantled. Both undercarriages are
equipped with steering wheels with 4-fold direction stop, 2 wheels are additionaly equipped with a rotation stop.
Up to a carrying capacity of 1 t: synthetic (vulkollan) tyres for wheels of Ø 200 mm; carrying capacities of 1 t - 3.2 t:
polyamide tyres for wheels Ø 250 mm. Coat of varnish: orange, RAL 2000.
The Portable Gantry Crane KPK-ZH can be adjusted in height via 2 rack jacks in an unloaded condition.
Full assembly: crane with crane test book including preliminary- and construction test, operating instructions, but
without hoist.

Hydraulic crane:
the self-propelled hydraulic crane is designed for the simple and safe
transport of loads on even and solid ground. Both travel drives are
separately actuated by the pendant control. The drive is effected by
two oil motors. The mains supply of the the hydraulic mechanism is
effected by an integrated battery.
Backward and forward drive, to be steered to the right and the left,
revolving around its own axis, no problem at all. To prevent tilting of
the load during transport, the load can be positioned onto two transverse sections.
On request, the height of the supports can be hydraulicaly adjusted.

The stationary travelling crane SLK is a
simple frame system. The trolley with
pivoting arm covers a large working area.

Alpha Levator - The Perfect Lifting Technology
All smooth/rough and air-tight plates, e.g. tiles, natural
stone or concrete plates, plastics, metal plates or glass,
can be lifted easily: immediately after the Levator is positioned, it attaches itself securely to the plate and the plate
can be lifted easily and handled. The Levator releases the
plate, when required: press the button and the valve
opens.
The Alpha Levator rotates plates up to 15 kg in weight
(e.g. to lay wall tiles) vertically.
The equipment is mounted on the carrying plate. The
power for the mini vacuum pump is supplied by a 12 V
rechargeable battery: therefore, there are no trailing
cables.
The capacity of the rechargeable battery is sufficient for
approx. 2 hours duration non-stop operation. If one
rechargeable battery is empty, remove it manually and
replace the rechargeable battery. The Levator is ready for
operation.
Specification
The Alpha Levator consists of a strong carrying plate with
a handle and a rubber plate attached to the bottom side.
As soon as attempts are made to lift the Levator from a
smooth surface, a vacuum chamber is produced between
the rubber and the surface, sealing itself through its
flexible sides. In order to transport uneven and rough
plates, the exterior area is equipped with a special rubber.
The patented system allows the operation of maintenance-free mini vacuum pumps.

natural stone plates can be handled easily by the
Beta Levator. Immediately after positioning the
Levator, it attaches itself securely to the plate.
The Levator releases the plate, when required: open
the sliding switch.

All even natural stones or air-tight concrete plates as
well as glass and metal plates can be handled
horizontally without problems using the Gamma
Levator.
The Levator System is designed for handling smooth
as well as rough plates.
Immediately after positioning the Levator, it attaches
itself securely to the plate. The Levator releases the
plate, when required: open the sliding switch.
The Levator System guarantees maximum power
despite its minimum energy requirement: therefore,
only a power of 12 V is needed.
The energy is supplied via a rechargeable 12 volt
battery. No current or compressed air supply is
necessary.
The vacuum is controlled by a visual warning sign.
The battery output is controlled by a voltmeter.
All component parts are packed into a box. There are
no trailing cables. The Gamma Levator can be fitted
to any material handling lifting equipment via the eye.
Scope of delivery: the equipment is constructed
according to UVV-VBG 9a “Regulations for the
Prevention of Accidents - Load Suspension Devices
within the Hoisting Operation”, battery 12 V - 27 Ah

The Uni-Levator is of modular construction for nearly any kind of operation and material, like natural and
concrete stones. The powerful pump controls difficult material and surfaces, like e.g. steps or
kerbstones. The single components are quickly exchangeable.
The plates are manually applicable?
No problem; just take the basic equipment, which
can be equipped with four wheels for easy
movement, connect e.g. the 2-point lifting frame
to the hose pipe of 5 m length. Where no mains
are available, just use the generator.
Generator for suspension
The plates are machine applicable?
Also no problem. Take your basic equipment,
suction pad, safety package and the generator, if

Kappa Levator: the strong vacuum lifter for the handling of natural stones
and porous material such as exposed aggregate concrete, autoclaved
aerated concrete, kerb stones, ...
The Kappa Levator is the strongest piece of our Levistor technology. It is specially designed for the
handling of porous material, where larger volume flows are required and where battery operation is no
larger feasible. Air-tight material can also be handled.
Immediately after positioning the Levator, it attaches itself securely to the surface. The Levistor releases
the plate when required: open the sliding switch.
The vacuum is controlled by a visual warning sign. All component parts such as vacuum storage,
voltmeter and valves meet safety requirements and they are packed into the operating device.
If the Levator is equipped with a combustion engine, it may be fitted to any material handling lifting
equipment such as cranes, excavators or wheel-loaders. There are no trailing cables. The Levator
technology is a very compact construction.
If the Levator is used for indoor operation, it is recommended to use an electric motor.
Your safety is very important for us. Therefore, the Kappa Levator can be equipped with two safety
chains when operating high above the ground.
Due to its modular construction, the Kappa Levator can be built according to customer's requirements:
drive via a combustion engine or an electric motor, 1,2,3,4 or more suction pads, solid or adjustable,
according to your requirements.
The Kappa Levator can also serve as basic equipment for several manually operated suction pads.
