Orders
Distribution of the CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks price list does not, in itself, constitute an offer to sell. Orders can only be
placed using a certified contract quotation generated by CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks directly or through an authorized
dealer. CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks products are openly traded and dealer projects are protected. All CBT Supply, Inc./
SMARTdesks Dealers are advised to register each project at the initial quote stage to avoid any conflict with our direct
sales policy. CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks will respect and protect each dealer-initiated project so registered. Contact
CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks via email ([email protected]) for additional information concerning project and
customer registration. Orders and transactions conform to standard business practices using secure communications.

Payment Terms
Standard Payment Policy
Standard terms are 50% deposit and balance due prior to shipping. Orders under $3,000 require prepayment. Payments
are accepted in the form of Credit Card, ETF, or Check. It is the Customer’s responsibility to pay all applicable Sales and
Use Tax to the State when Sales and Use Tax does not appear on the Invoice.
• Individual and pre-installed electrical connections, connection boxes, electronic components require payment prior to
shipment.
• All terms are subject to the discretion and final determination by CBT Supply Inc. d/b/a Smartdesks.

items are not returnable or refundable. All other items are subject to inspection for damage via photo documentation
or reason for return before Seller will consider return or refund. All Returns require a Return Authorization number. A
Restocking charge will be applied.

Prepayment is required. All pricing is in U. S. dollars. Shipments are FOB Origin. Customer is responsible for arranging
shipment.

Product Specifications
CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks reserves the right to make changes in design, specifications and construction of products
offered, or to discontinue products without prior notice. Dimensions are approximate and are within normal industry
tolerances. Please request review of your floor plan by our design department if necessary. Order Review
The customer has the final responsibility of order review. Upon receipt of order, CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks will process
the order and will send the customer an email acknowledging receipt of order. It is the customer’s responsibility to
review the quote for accuracy, and to notify CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks within 72 hours regarding any errors in the
order. After 72 hours a non-reply will constitute acceptance of the order as written. CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks will
not accept responsibility for any changes to the order if the customer does not exercise his responsibility to review the
order within the specified 72 hour time frame. This is a customer responsibility. CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks does not
assume responsibility for errors caused by miscommunications from the customer.

Cancellations
Each SMARTdesks product is made to customer specifications and is not considered a stock item. All orders are
considered special orders. Once the dealer or customer has accepted the quotation, signed and placed the order, the
order may not be cancelled unless approved by Seller. Seller shall not accept cancellations once production begins.
Seller reserves the sole right to approve an order cancellation. Order cancellations approved in writing by an authorized
manager of CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks may be subject to reasonable additional charges to the dealer or customer,
which shall be assessed by and at the discretion of CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks at the time of work stoppage. Such
charges incurred may include but are not limited to reasonable administrative fees, materials, labor, shipping, freight, and
other costs associated with the order.
Change Orders
Upon Seller’s acknowledgment of an order, Seller reserves the right to refuse a change order. Change orders must be
requested within 72 hours of placing the order for purchase. Upon commencement of order production, Seller will not
accept change orders on special or custom items. Before production begins, Seller will make a reasonable attempt to
accommodate the requested change order. The following conditions apply:
1. Changes must be submitted in writing and require a signed, revised purchase order. Seller reserves the right to apply
reasonable additional charges for materials, labor and administrative costs incurred as a result of the change order.
2. Seller reserves the right to reschedule completion and ship dates as may be reasonably required to accommodate
production of the accepted change order.
Shipping
All shipments are Free On Board (F.O.B.) point of shipment. Shipment is property of the customer once it leaves the
factory. Shipping charges are quoted in the order.
Normal delivery hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Any delivery arrangements
made outside of normal delivery times or deliveries refused during normal delivery times are subject to additional
charges. Special delivery requests (i.e. lift gate, inside delivery, non-dock and installation services) result in additional
charges and must be specified in the order. Any charges due to failure to meet shipments, re-routing while in transit,
non-commercial delivery or carriage storage charges are the responsibility of the customer. Contact the CBT Supply, Inc./
SMARTdesks sales department for estimated charges. There will be a minimum inside delivery charge of $100. The final
charges will be determined by the carrier/installer.
CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks will do everything possible to insure your order arrives in good condition and on time.
CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks is not responsible for freight damage or delays. All furniture is carefully inspected and
securely packed before shipment. The carrier will only accept packages in good condition and agrees to deliver it in the
same condition. CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks relinquishes all responsibility for goods shipped upon a signed receiving
document from the carrier. If the shipment is not delivered in accordance with the quantity of cartons and packages
shown on the Bill of Lading and/or Freight Bill, do not accept it until such shortages are noted on both documents.
When you receive your order and sign the Bill of Lading you should always note “Accepted, Subject to Inspection”,
since concealed damage is not discovered until you have unpacked the material. Any freight damage must be reported
within a 14 day period after you have accepted the delivery to file a freight claim. If an item has been damaged, note the
damage on the delivery receipt document and file a claim with the transportation company. In the event of concealed
damage, notify the carrier within 14 days of receipt and request immediate inspection. All cartons and packaging must be
kept with the merchandise at the delivered location. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance and a waiver of any such
claim.
CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks shall not be liable for loss, damage or delay resulting from causes beyond its reasonable

control, including but not limited to fire, strike, inclement weather, accidents or delay in transportation. In the event of
delay, due to any such cause, the delivery date will be postponed.
CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks will not accept the return of any merchandise without a Returned Material Authorization
number (RMA). Please contact our Shipping Department at [email protected] (800-770-7042, international:
+1-410-779-9989) for further instructions. Special order items may not be returned for credit. No returns will be allowed
after sixty (60) days from the ship date. If merchandise is approved for return, a restocking fee will be applied. Upon
receipt, all returned merchandise will be thoroughly inspected, and any damage will result in an adjustment to the
amount of credit issued. The customer is responsible for return freight costs and is liable for freight damage.
Storage charges commiserate with the expenses incurred by CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks will be assessed for customer
requested delays beyond 30 days of the original, acknowledged shipping date.
Electrical Disclaimer
Due to local codes and regulations, CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks cannot make electrical recommendations for facilities.
Please contact a certified electrician. Installation services arranged by CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks do not include
electrical connections.
Warranty
CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship to the
original owner, given normal use and care within stated limitations. Proof of delivery is the only official document
accepted to verify any claim. In the event that a product is used more than normal use, the applicable warranty period
may be reduced. To be covered under warranty, products must be installed according to CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks’
installation/application guidelines and installed by authorized CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks dealer or agent. CBT
Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks assumes no responsibility for repairs to products sustaining damages resulting from end-user
modifications, attachments to a product, misuse, abuse, alteration or negligence. This warranty is subject to limitations,
exclusions and other provisions provided below:
• 25 years: High Pressure Laminate, Thermofused Melamine, Thermofoil, Metal Base Structures.
• 10 years: Mechanical Parts such as hinges, locks.
• 5 years: Pressure Cylinders.
• 1 year: Connector Boxes and Electronics
Variations in finishes are typical characteristics, in terms of color and texture, and these variations do not constitute
defects in materials and workmanship. CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks stands behind our quality products and will do
everything possible to resolve any problems that might arise within the terms of this warranty. Products supplied by
CBT Supply, Inc./SMARTdesks are covered under separate warranty by their respective manufacturers. CBT Supply, Inc./
SMARTdesks does not extend the warranty period of products supplied beyond that of the manufacturer. For more

DT Series Computer Desks
Basic Desk with LCD mounted to stand or monitor arm
Desktop monitor computer desks hold all monitors and laptop computers. The screen is visible to
student and instructor and convenient for shared computing where line-of-sight is not an issue.
The simplicity of the DT Series Computer Desk
is its biggest asset. Sturdy keyboard / mouse
trays fully retract so the computer keyboard is
out of the way when not in use. CPU bays keep
computers off the top and off of the floor. The
LCD can be on its own stand, giving plenty of
room for use with textbooks. Grommets are
used for channeling cables to the monitor, but
may also be used for grommet mounted LCD
arms.
The DT Series Computer Desk is available
in single and double models. The models
with keyboard tray are offered at 30” desktop
height, and models without keyboard tray
are offered at keyboard height: 28 inches.

Desktop Monitor Desks
DT Series: Desktop desks are designed for desktop
monitor placement. Desks come with desktop
grommet for wire management; 26” x 8” keyboard/
mouse tray with integrated mouse fence and wire
management pass through; CPU bay. All desks have
1” x 3” J style wire management channel (12 amp
rated), wire management grommets on sides; top
surface finished with high-pressure laminate, base
finished in melamine, 3mm PVC edge trim. Desks
come with 1.25” steel floor leveling glides with .75”
adjustment. The size of the desk is the middle 6 digits

Loci Carrels
LC Series: The Loci Carrels come as Single or Back
to Back units. You may purchase a standalone unit
or combine units to create a row of carrels. The
desktop surface comes with a wire management
grommmet, a FIK-19 or a FIL-18. The desktop surface
is 26” deep and the top shelf is 11” deep. Each unit
comes with one WireWonder18 per user and units
have wire management openings in the sides. The
desktop and top shelf surfaces are finished with highpressure laminate, side and back panels are finished
in melamine or laminate, all edges are trimmed with
3mm PVC. At the time of installation each desktop
surface may be configured for sitting or standing

BL Series: Bi-Level Tables are for semi-recessed
monitor positions. The monitor pan is 8” d and adjusts
6-9” below table surface, suitable for monitors up to
23.5” wide (wider opening available). The tables come
with a 12” modesty panel and offset-T shaped, steel
legs with wire management holes (1.5” x 4” racetrack
column in 13 gauge steel, 1.5” x 2” rectangular main
bar in 11 gauge steel, black nylon bullnosed end
caps), 1” diameter levelers, Tables may or may not
have a keyboard tray and J shaped CPU holder. All
the tables include a 6 outlet strip with 10’ cord, 1” x
3” J style wire management channel (12 amp rated),
wire management access openings in monitor pan
and top of modesty panel. The top is finished with
laminate and PVC trim, modesty panel finished with
melamine and PVC trim, legs and monitor pan are
powder coated in mercury (dark silver). The size of

Cirrus Adjustable Height Tables
CR Series: Cirrus Adjustable Height Tables move from
sitting to standing height, and virtually any height
inbetween. Table tops come in 5 shapes: rectangle,
triangle, circle, square and lobed (brainstorm). A
variety of legs are available with manual or motorized
height adjustment; fixed height bases also available.
Tops are finished in either thermofoil or laminate
with PVC trim. Legs are powder coated steel. Some
rectangular tables come with a steel frame mesh
modesty panel with built-in wire management. Solid
modesty panels are available. The middle of the item

IT Series: iLid tables contain the iLid monitor

MacTable™
Industrial design that makes the most of Apple’s genius.
The WireWonder™ Cable Manager lets you place small components, such
as power supplies, in its 2.5” x 3.375” channel. Mount a power strip above
it and daisy chain power from desk to desk. Excess wire is easily wrapped
around WireWonder’s “mushroom tops.”
MacTable’s legs provide a stable base, just
like the iMac stand, itself. The congruent
angles work on the levels of function
and esthetic. The user’s angle of view
is demonstrated, too. The low screen

The MSS Series stand-up computer podiums integrate
an LCD monitor below a tinted and tempered
monitor window in the worksurface to eliminate any
obstruction of the line-of-sight between instructor and
student. The worksurface area is always totally clear to

Presence Series Podiums and Theater
PRS Series: Presence flipIT Multimedia Podiums have
a height adjustable top, molded handles for easy
transport and come with or without the flipIT laptop
safe. The cabinet has a locking door and contains
vertical rack rails with 18 spaces. Two storage areas on
each side of the main bay can hold binders or other
accessories. Podiums are available with one or two

VTC Series: The Video Teleconference Credenza
accommodates screens up to 62” diagonal. The
top lid opens and closes automatically using an
electric lift mechanism with a remote control or a
hardwired switch. The screen raises to full height in

Exchange Table System
Collaboration can take many forms, and so can the exchange™
system. The elements are on locking casters so they can be
easily placed in the space, adjust to changing situations, roll to
store or move to different spaces in the facility. Elements have
connectors to lock them together so they stay in place during
active use.
The exchange™ hexagon is made up of 6 elements of the same kind,
left or right. 6 left is shown. The desktop space to the left works as a
place for text materials.
Each workstation has enough personal space for focused privacy
without the need for partitions. Screens are angled for privacy.
Built for round circle meetings with open sight lines within the
group, each exchange element becomes its own equalizing sphere of
influence.
The exchange™ collab triangle is made up of 6 elements: 3 left
and 3 right set up in mirror image.
This shape, lends itself to the formation of collaboration
groups. People are drawn to the corners to huddle up,
then have plenty of personal space when it’s time to work
independently.
The exchange™ linear offset is made up of alternating exchange
elements: 2 rights and 2 lefts to make a block of 4 elements. This
can be made to layout in collaboration shapes with bridges to
make U configurations. This setup is great for working in pairs, sideby-side, or in larger groups as a natural progression. When floor
space is at a premium, this configuration goes a long way.
The exchange™ video collaboration studio is made up of
mirror image exchange elements, two rights and two lefts.
It is shown with the Presence Theater PRS-602630-MXX,
and is modeled with Lifesize® HD teleconferencing
equipment, but will work universally with other leading
VTC products.

pairs, the collaboration triangle shape is
the new “classic” collaborative furniture
shape. People naturally gather around

This pinwheel is made up of six left igroup®
elements. Each user area is well defined,
but a simple shift in body language
includes the neighbors. Angles naturally
provide privacy for thoughtful study.
Corners become conference areas.
The mirrored elements used for the
Collaboration Triangle can be re-arranged
to produce this Collaboration Leaf. This
combination shape has a corner like
a triangle, a side-by-side area, and the

iGroup Table System
IGP Series: iGroup Tables are similar to Exchange
Tables but are smaller in size and economically
priced without all the options. The tables are sold
individually or in sets of 4 or 6. Sets of 4 can be
arranged in a row or V shape. Sets of 6 can be
arranged in a hexagonal, pinwheel or triangular
shape. Each triangular shaped table includes 3 table
connectors; three 2” post legs with casters. The top
may be finished in high-pressure laminate with a PVC
edge or wood-grain/color Surf(x) 3D scratch resistant
thermofoil, legs powder coated in mercury. Tops may
also be finished in dry-erase laminate for an extra
charge. Monitor support, keyboard tray, modesty
panel, power/data units and wire management are

FT Series: Motif Conference Table Modules can
come with a flipIT kit. Base panels are reduced in
depth, and end panels are continuous across rows.
CPU bays come in 10” width but can be reduced
in width if necessary. Modules come with 1” x 3” J

The Ultimate Teleconferencing Experience
The technology that permits HD video
communications over IP can now deliver on its
promise of a human meeting experience. Thanks to
a designed studio space, people are complemented
by their surroundings. Lighting gives faces a natural
appearance, free of gloomy shadows. The shape of
the table promotes satisfying compositions

This HD Conference Studio is lit with two ceiling mounted
lighting units. Balanced for HD video, provides even front
lighting for natural looking faces. Remote control dimmer
on XLR model. Light mounted to stand is effective when
subjects are faced away from the ceiling light source,
or for fill light anywhere on the set. May also mount to
ceiling and directed to fill.

Piano Conference System
P Series: Piano Conference Tables are desiged for

with a natural presentation locus at one end. The
Duet table is a diamond shape (double wedge) with

Quark Table System
Q Series: Qstar Docking Stations come at sitting
height or standing height. Stations accommodate up
to 5 Quark tables. Each Quark table can connect to
the Qstar for power and data sharing. Qstar docking
stations have five carpet casters (two locking); a
center column with two wire access grommets and
one telecom plate accessible under the star shaped
cap (telecom plate ordered separately), 5 Seclusion
units mounted under the top for docking each Quark
table (1 power outlet (110V AC) and 1 RJ-45 cat 6
insert per Seclusion), 6 power outlets (110V AC) with
15 AMP Breaker. Stations are finished in Surf(x) 3D
scratch resistant thermofoil; 40” W x 38” D.
Q Series: Quark Laptop Tables have molded cup
holders, a molded pencil tray, and molded handles.
The pneumatic center support adjusts the height
from 28”-40” inches (locking at 1” intervals). Tables
come with five carpet casters (two locking); one
WireWonder Cable Manager (8” long) and either a FIL
laptop safe or Top Notch Connector Box. Tables are
finished in Surf(x) 3D scratch resistant thermofoil. 34”
W x 33” D.
