During Spaulding Settle, Sr’s. early visits to
various beauty salons he experienced unpleasant smoke filled rooms. He thought
about how unhealthy it must be for cosmetologist and their clients.
In the late 1940’s my father the late Spaulding B. Settle Sr developed an All NATURAL
SMOKELESS, GREASELESS CRÈME PRESS and
CURL WAVE for Professional use only.
Kenneth Settle refused to let his late father’s product design,
business dream and vision die. Started working out of a garage
towards a shared dream and vision to continue the Kay Vel Product Line to the current market arena.
