CLM fa parte del gruppo ADR, leader Europeo per la produzione degli
assali. La sede si trova vicino a Udine, nell’est Italia. La produzione CLM copre una serie completa di cerchi per ruote di diametro
compreso fra 4 e 10 pollici destinati a utilizzo di tipo agricolo e
industriale. Fra i prodotti CLM anche le ruote complete di pneumatici, proposti in una gamma che abbraccia tutte le migliori marche.
La qualità e la soddisfazione dei nostri clienti sono da sempre il
nostro obiettivo. In vista di questo obiettivo nel 2001 la proprietà
ha deciso di certificarsi ISO 9001-2000. Le nuove tecnologie ed il
costante aggiornamento dei processi produttivi guidano la CLM alla
conquista di mercati sempre più importanti e alla creazione di prodotti sempre più mirati alle esigenze degli utilizzatori.
CLM is a family owned company that is part of the group A.D.R.,
European leader in the production of axles. The headquarters is
located near Udine, Italy, in the east. The production CLM covers
a complete set of rims for wheels with a diameter between 4 and
10 inches for use in an agricultural and industrial field. Among
the products CLM the wheels complete with tires, available in a
range that encompasses all the best brands. The quality and the
satisfaction of our customers are always our goal.In view of this goal
in 2001 the property has decided to be certified ISO 9001-2000.
New technologies and the constant updating of production processes
lead to the conquest of the CLM increasingly important markets and
create products that specifically target the needs of users. Research
continues to allow our engineering department to design in harmony
with the most stringent European directives. The goals achieved so
far encourage us to improve our quality every day.
TECNOLOGIA E QUALITÀ
L’orientamento alla soddisfazione dei clienti, alla qualità e alla riduzione
dei costi ha portato la CLM a investire in attrezzature, professionalità del
personale, automazione dei processi produttivi.
TRATTAMENTO SUPERFICIALE
Tutte le ruote CLM subiscono un trattamento preparatorio di fosfatazione
e vengono poi rivestite di serie con polvere poliuretanica di colore grigio
metallizzato, la polimerizzazione in forno completa il trattamento superficiale, per assicurare un’ottima finitura superficiale e un protezione di
lunga durata.
VERNICIATURA
La finitura superficiale con altri colori può essere concordata per appropriate quantità. Il trattamento superficiale delle ruote CLM è ottenuto
con processi completamente automatizzati che rispettano l’ambiente.
TECHNOLOGY AND QUALITY
The orientation to customer satisfaction, quality and cost reduction has
led to the CLM to invest in equipment, trained personnel, automation of
production processes.
SURFACE TREATMENT
All wheels CLM undergo a pre-treatment phosphating and are then coated
with polyurethane powder standard metallic gray, full cure in the oven
surface treatment, to ensure an excellent surface finish and a long-term
protection.
PAINTING
The surface finish with other colors may be agreed in appropriate quantity.
The wheel surface treatment of CLM is achieved with fully automated processes that respect the environment.
