the Marcus Lindsey has been lovingly restored
to the highest finish possible and is listed as a
National Historic Landmark. This remarkable
building offers a unique, elegant, and creative
venue for special events, weddings, conferences, fundraisers,
community events, and special-interest gatherings of all kinds.

The Sacristy

Formerly the church vestry, this elegant 1,610
square-foot space was restored and modernized in
2010. It offers two bedrooms, 2½ baths, kitchen,
living / dining room, small office, and laundry.
Ideal for caterers and also perfect for the bridal
party and up to four overnight guests. With a
private entrance directly into the Sanctuary, it offers the bride and her
party a unique and grand entrance to the ceremony. Also second to
none for corporate and professional occasions such as retreats, private
meetings, out-of-town guests, and dinner parties.
The Gardens

Gardens offer approximately 2,500 square
feet of event space, and are surrounded by
private fencing and an impressive entry gate.
Including a beautiful custom-designed pergola,
water features, and lush plantings that create
a relaxing urban oasis, the Gardens offer up to 125 guests a one-ofa-kind experience for receptions, garden parties, and tented and
non-tented events.
