65 ml Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC
Ice cubes
Preparation:
Chill a flute, pour the ingredients into a large
cocktail glass, with ice cubes and stir well for
about 10 seconds. Strain into the chilled flute.
Garnish with a slice of white peach.
Rossini
• 65 ml Strawberry juice
• 65 ml Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC
• Ice cubes
Preparation:
Chill a flute, pour the ingredients into a large
cocktail glass, with ice cubes and stir well for
about 10 seconds. Strain into the chilled flute.
Garnish with half strawberry.
Mimosa
• 35 ml Orange juice
• 65 ml Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC
Preparation:
Chill a flute, pour in the iced orange juice and top
up with the Prosecco. Garnish with an orange
wedge.

15 grams Brown sugar
90 ml Alexander Prosecco Grappa
Basil leaves
Ice cubes
90 ml Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC
Preparation:
Muddle brown sugar, 3 slices of lemon, 3 slices of
orange and 4 basil leaves in a glass. Pour
Alexander Prosecco Grappa and stir well. Add ice
cubes and Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC and stir.
Fill with more ice and garnish with a slice of lemon
and orange and a sprig of basil.
Italian Peach

50 ml Alexander Prosecco Grappa
15 ml Aperol
15 ml Peach juice
Preparation:
Shake all the ingredients, except for the Prosecco,
with some ice cubes. Then top up with the
Prosecco and serve in a big flute. Garnish with a
slice of peach.
Bottega Spritz

75 ml Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC
25 ml Soda water
Ice cubes
Half slice of lemon
Mint leaves
Preparation:
Fill a large long-stemmed wine glass with ice
cubes, half-slice of lemon and mint leaves.
Pour in some Bottega Limoncino with a circular
movement, to prevent it from sticking to the
bottom of the glass, add the Prosecco and finish
off with a splash of soda water.
Bottega Melon Spritz

75 ml Bottega Gold Prosecco DOC
25 ml Soda water

Preparation:
Fill a large long-stemmed wine glass with ice
cubes. Pour in Melone Bottega with a circular
movement, to prevent it from sticking to the
bottom of the glass. Add the Prosecco and finish
off with a splash of soda water. If desired, add
fresh diced melon and garnish with a slice of
melon.

A few drops of cherry syrup
Preparation:
Pour the grape juice into a wine glass and add a
few drops of cherry syrup. Stir well and fill the
glass with very cold Il Vino dei Poeti Rosé. Then
decorate with a small bunch of grapes.
Mojito Moscato

3 Angostura drops
12 Mint leaves
Bottega Petalo Moscato sparkling wine to fill
Preparation:
In a tumbler, crush the sprigs of mint with sugar
and lime juice. Fill with crushed ice, rum and
Angostura. Top up with Bottega Petalo Moscato
sparkling wine. Stir well before serving.

Preparation:
Into a tall drink glass filled with ice cubes, pour
well chilled Bottega Limoncino and top up with
Bottega Petalo Moscato, also chilled. Decorate
with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.

Preparation:
Pour the first four ingredients in a shaker, add ice
and shake vigorously for a few moments. Pour into
a Martini glass and then top up with the Prosecco.
Garnish with a pineapple leaf and alchechengi.
Before serving, spritz (3 or 4 times) the Alexander
Grappa Spray.

• 75 ml Schweppes
• 50 ml Bottega Limoncino
• 25 ml Bacardi White
Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into the shaker and shake
energetically for a few seconds. Serve the
cocktail cold in a Tumbler glass.
Limoncino Cosmopolitan
• 40 ml Bottega Limoncino
• 50 ml Alexander Vodka
• 10 ml Cranberry Juice
Preparation:
Combine Alexander Vodka, cranberry juice and
a splash of Bottega Limoncino. Pour into a
martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

1 Sachet of raw sugar
Preparation:
Mix together the apple, lime, ginger chunks and
raw sugar in a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes,
ginger syrup, grappa and apple juice. Shake and
strain into a Martini glass. The drink should be
served immediately as chilled as possible. Garnish
with three half slices of red apple with the skin on.

120 ml Pineapple juice
60 ml Sugar syrup
60 g Coconut powder
Preparation:
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
with ice and give it a long shake. Pour it into the
glass along with the ice. Serve immediately to
avoid melting the ice and, consequently, diluting
the drink.

One lime
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
Preparation:
Cut the lime into pieces and put them on the
bottom of an Old Fashioned glass. After topping
with brown sugar, squash the lime to bring out
the juice and dissolve the sugar. Fill the glass with
crushed ice, pour in the Grappa and stir well.
Garnish with two straws cut in half and, if desired,
with slices of lime on the rim.
