The Kandy Kane Xpress Holiday Festival welcomes the holiday season and offers fun and holiday joys for the whole family!
From toddlers to seniors there are activities, contests, food, shopping, and fun for all!
This happy, holiday event is presented, this year, in partnership with The City of Green in cooperation with Christmas at Town Park.
The event will be held at the City’s new Administration Building (CAB) located at 1755 Town Park Blvd. - Green, Ohio.
Admission to the festival is FREE...with the donation of a non-perishable food item. Hours are 3pm-7pm.
Some activities, train rides, food, holiday shopping, etc. have participation fees.

featuring unique holiday gift items
A mini-Christmas tree decorating contest and auction,
Holiday train rides for the whole family on “The Kandy Kane Xpress Train”,
Holiday entertainment including traditional carolers, groups, and individual performers,
A chance to get holiday gift orders in with Santa Clause himself in our own North Pole!
The Kandy Kane Xpress Holiday Festival is presented to the community by The Dane Foundation, addressing the unique needs of individuals
with disabilities, single mothers, and senior citizens. Hundreds of families, individuals with disabilities, and senior citizens
are assisted each holiday season as a result of this and other foundation events.
Please review the back of this sheet for more details on each of these activities & areas of support.

Special Areas of Support
Each of the outlined areas below offer you an opportunity for unique support of The Kandy Kane
Xpress Holiday Festival and The Dane Foundation. By partnering with us, you are bringing
Holiday cheer to the City of Green and, at the same time, supporting individuals with disabilities, single
mothers, and senior citizens in our area during this holiday season.
The Event Title Sponsor will appear along with The Dane Foundation in all aspects of the event. As the Title
Sponsor your company/organization logo will appear on all promotional materials, event signage, event program,
and in the media. Announcements will be made throughout the event and will include recognition of your Title
Sponsorship.
This sponsor will be attached to our Kandy Kane Xpress train! This sponsor will receive signage at the entrance
to the event as well as signage at the train stop and on the train throughout the event.
The North Pole will be home to Santa & his friends throughout the event. Children can meet and make their
holiday requests right to the big man himself and have photos taken by their family at no charge. The sponsor
of the North Pole will receive Special recognition at the Pole as well as throughout the event.
Sponsors of the train cars will be offering attendees a chance to ride the Kandy Kane Xpress throughout the event.
A name sign for each car sponsor will be placed on the car and sponsors will be listed on the train stop, etc.
Support sponsors receive signage at the activity area(s) that you sponsor. In addition, you will receive
mentions on promotional materials & recognition throughout the event, program and activity.
Sponsors are needed for the Meet & Eat opportunity with Santa
& his friends. Snacks will feature favorite characters and food
food for attendees to enjoy. Sponsor logo will appear on Meet
& Eat ticket as well as the event program.
Kids will have an opportunity to make & take items including Santa
hats, giant stockings, holiday cards, holiday cookies & more.
Area individuals & organizations decorate
mini-trees which are displayed and auctioned at
the event. These unique trees can decorate any
festive place in your home or office. Each tree has
a unique outlook on holiday spirit! Trees make
wonderful gifts too! This activity sponsor will receive
recognition at the auction area throughout the event.
Personalized messages are made by attendees and
become part of the largest card ever. The card is sent
With local messages to our troops.
All event patrons, friends and in-kind donors will be
Recognized throughout the event and as available on
Event materials, programs, websites, etc.
