CHAPTER VII
Hola, Amigos
(Hi, Friends!)
Just about 9 years ago, Jodi, Jeff, Patty, Julio, Debra and Gary joined forces
and created Los Gringos Locos for 3 reasons.
First– Jodi, Debra and Patty agreed that the Apache Junction area needed a
great restaurant. A place that offered fresh food, great service, a clean
environment, and lots of fun.
Second– Gary’s former student who owns a very successful restaurant in
Wickenburg told us to ‘go for it’. When Gary replied, “That’s crazy”, she
responded “you’re just a bunch of crazy gringos anyway, it’ll work!”
Third– Women always get what they want; smart guys know that.
We hope you enjoy Los Gringos Locos as much as we enjoy hosting you.
