Not for use with consumers. 2 Overview 3 My Hub is a mobile app that enables an agent to quickly access pending case statuses and generate quotes for Protective Custom ChoiceSM Universal Life. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch (iOS 8 or higher). My Hub can be downloaded by visiting My Protective and navigating to the “My Hub Mobile App” link in the My Business > New Business menu. NOTE: Agents must have been granted access to view Pending Business by their BGA in order to download the app. For financial professional use only. Not for use with consumers. Login Screen 4 My Hub uses the same user name and password as My Protective. The Login Help screen provides information on how to retrieve your password if you forget it, as well as who to call for help. For financial professional use only. Home Screen When you log in, you will land on the Home screen of the Pending Business portion of the app. You can access the main side navigation from this screen. The Home screen has many different views to choose from. Unlike the Pending website, you can view policy count by agent. For financial professional use only. Recent Activity and All My Business Screens In the Recent Activity and All My Business screens, you can sort and search by Policy Number, Insured Name and Policy Status. For financial professional use only. Not for use with consumers. 8 Policy Count by Agent Screen Policy Count By Agent is a new feature not available in the Pending website. This allows you to see how many policies each of your down-line agents has (if applicable). Once you choose an agent to view, only that agent’s policies will be displayed. You can sort and search by Agent Name/Number. For financial professional use only. Not for use with consumers. 9 Email Protective Screen Email Protective resembles the Contact Us section of the Pending website. Here, you can select the type of business you are referencing, as well as the reason for the email. For financial professional use only. Not for use with consumers. 10 Call Protective Screen With the Call Protective view, you can immediately call by tapping the phone icon. You can also tap the information icon to view the phone number and operating hours. For financial professional use only. Not for use with consumers. 11 12 Large Case By Premium and Face Amount Screens The Large Case screens use the same business rules as the Pending website for filtering. If no data meets the criteria, you will receive a ‘No cases found’ message. For financial professional use only. Policy Info Screen When you select a policy from one of the list screens, the Policy Info screen displays. 14 Here, you can to tap to immediately dial the case manager’s extension. Here, you can call the primary insured directly from the app. For financial professional use only. Not for use with consumers. 15 Requirements Screen You can see all requirements by tapping the Requirements icon at the bottom of the screen. The app displays a count for the number of outstanding requirements. Here, you can filter between All and Outstanding requirements. You can also email directly from an outstanding requirement. Not for use with consumers. 16 Notes Screen 17 You can see all notes by tapping the Notes icon at the bottom of the screen. The app displays a count for the number of notes. APS Screen You can see APS information by tapping the APS icon at the bottom of the screen. Tap on an APS to view details. For financial professional use only. Not for use with consumers. 18 More Screen By tapping More, you can go into other sections that are not displayed on the bottom of the screen. Here, you can decide which options you want to see on the bottom of the policy details screens. The default options are Policy Info, Requirements, Notes and APS. For financial professional use only. By default, these options are found by tapping the More icon, but can be changed to show up on the bottom of the policy details screens. For financial professional use only. Main Side Navigation The side navigation is available on the main screen of the Pending Business and Get a Quote sections. This navigation enables you to switch between functions in the app. The Help Center provides contact information for Pending Business and general questions. Not for use with consumers. Get a Quote Screen The main screen of the Get a Quote portion of the app contains the quote input options. You can run a quote by selecting the Submit link at the top right of this screen. For financial professional use only. Not for use with consumers. 24 Quote Results Screen Quote Results is the second of two screens in the Quoting portion of the app. You can select the back arrow to return to the Get a Quote input screen. Help Center The Help Center provides contact information for both Pending Business-specific and general questions. The End User License Agreement (EULA) is accessible on this screen.
