Puppy love
Stone County Nursing and Rehabilitation
Center collected donations of dog items from staff
residents and family members for the Stone County
SPCA. Mrs. Almeree Bond, who is an animal lover
herself, presented a box of assorted dog food and
treats to Katie Stonnington.
Let’s go fly a kite
Mrs. Dorothy McDaniel had a lot of fun flying her
kite on a particularly windy day. Is there anything
better than watching a pretty kite soar?

Musical performance
We would like to say a big “thank you” to the
Bluegrass Band that visited and performed for our
residents. It was very much enjoyed by everyone.

A visit from students
Students from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community
College visited our facility recently. They were able
to gain hands-on experience to help them in the
Associates Degree in Nursing program.
