Gladyce Nielson,
Nursing Facility
Resident of The Year
Earning her statewide recognition, the
Nebraska Nursing Facility Association
recently named Gladyce Nielson
Nursing Facility Resident of the Year!
Residents are nominated for the award
based on their involvement and activity
within their facility.
Thanks to the cooperative efforts of
South Haven staff members and a
wheelchair accessible van borrowed
from a nursing facility in Hooper,
Nielson was able to attend the NNFA’s
annual honors banquet to receive her
award in person. Staff members and
her daughter accompanied her to the
event, which was held April 29 in
Kearney.
Congratulations Gladyce!
