1. Go to the login button and click on the link Registered Candidate Login.
2. Enter your application kit ID and password provided to you by ARC.
3. Press the login button as shown in following fig.

1. As shown in the below image, Candidate has to fill all the details of him as per the
left links appear after each step.
2. Finally after all the information is filled, printable application form is available.

Important Links
1. Candidate Message Box
1. In Important Links menu there is message box link from where candidates can
send messages to admin for his help, see the inbox, view sent messages, reply to
message, etc. Please follow the following instructions for using message box as shown
in following fig.
1. Please click on the message to view the message.
2 .Unread message will be shown in the BOLD.
3 .Messages are sorted in "latest received message first".
4. To reply to the message, Click on "reply" link.
5 .Click on the close icon - Close Message to close the message.

2. Change Self Password:
1. By using the links Change Password Candidate can change Self Password. The
fields marked with (*) are mandatory. Enter your current Password and set the new
Password. Password must be at least 6 Characters long as shown in following fig.
3. Change Security Question:
By using the Change Security Question Candidate can change security question &
answer. Select Security Question Properly. Please note down Security Question
and Answer. It will be useful to retrieving forgotten Password as shown in
following fig.

4. Change Contact Details:
By using the Change contact details link Candidate can change contact details.
Provide proper Mobile no and Email ID as System will send Automatic SMS and
Email Alerts regarding Various Admission Activities as shown in following fig.

Basic Information Page
1. On this page candidate is supposed to enter the basic contact information and
password information.
2. Please Enter Email ID and Mobile Number as same will be Use for further
notification regarding admission process.
3. Select the security question and enter answer.
4. Enter Application Kit password as on application kit provided by ARC.
5. Enter new password and password must be at least 6 character long.
6. Re-Enter new password
7. Note down the security question and answer as it is useful in case password is
forgotten.

Type of Candidature Details
1. On this page Candidate select Admission Type as Diploma or B.Sc. Your merit
number will be decided on the basis of admission type. Also candidate are
supposed to claim the type of candidature.
2. Read all the various candidature in details and then select the type of candidature
as shown in following fig.

Type Decision Details
1. On this page candidates are supposed to select the type details according to
previously selected Type of candidature.
TYPE OF CANDIDATURE- TYPE A:1. For Type of Candidature -Type-A, The Candidate have to select the following Fields
as shown in following fig:
a.District from where Candidate has passed S.S.C. (Std. X)/ Equivalent
Examination.
b. District from where Candidate has passed Diploma.
c. Your Diploma Institute and Institute type.
d. Document as a proof of type-A candidature as shown in the list.

TYPE OF CANDIDATURE- TYPE B:1. For Type of Candidature - Type B you have to select the following Fields as shown in
following fig:
a. Whose domicile you are going to submit at ARC. If you submitting Domicile
of Mother then please enter your Mother name.
b. Select the District from where Candidate / Father / Mother of Candidate is
Domiciled in the State of Maharashtra.
c. Your Diploma Institute type.

TYPE OF CANDIDATURE- TYPE C:1. For Type of Candidature - Type C you have to select the following Fields as shown in
following fig:
a. Whose Proforma-A You are Submitting at ARC.
b. Select the District where Father / Mother of the Candidate is Posted in
Maharashtra
c. Your Diploma Institute type.

TYPE OF CANDIDATURE- TYPE D
1. For Type of Candidature - Type D you have to select the following as shown in
following fig:
a. Whose Proforma B you are submitting at ARC.
b. Select the District where Father / Mother of the Candidate is reported back to Maharashtra and
posted.
c. Your Diploma Institute type.

Category Details
1. On this page candidates are supposed to enter your Category details.
2. Select whether you belong to Open Category or Reserved Category.
3. If Candidate belong to reserved category, select Category name and Sub Category
name. You are required to submit the Caste Certificate clearly mentioning the
category of the candidate and also the remarks that the caste is recognized as
backward class in the State of Maharashtra at the time of verification at ARC.
4. If you are other than SC or ST Reserved Category then you are required to submit
Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued by Sub Divisional officer or Deputy Collector
of the district in addition to the caste certificate valid up to 31-03-2016 at the time
of verification at ARC.
5. You are required to submit any one Cast / Tribe Validity Certificate at the time of
verification at ARC like Caste/Tribe Validity Certificate issued by Caste/Tribe
Certificate Scrutiny Committee or Undertaking as per Proforma H on Rs.100 Non
Judicial Stamp Paper.
6. Also you need to select whether Candidate belong to person with disability
category, If yes select the name of disability from (P-1,P-2,P-3) and you are
required to submit the proof of his/her disability by way of a certificate in
prescribed Proforma-F from the Director, All India Institute of Person with
Disabilities, Mumbai or Dean/Civil Surgeon of the Government/CIVIL
HOSPITALS normally located at the District Headquarters (as per Prescribed
Proforma) at the time of Document Verification at ARC OR Proforma-F1 issued by
the 'Learning Disability Clinic, Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital, Sion,
Mumbai-22'(as per Prescribed Proforma) at the time of Document Verification at
ARC.
7. Select whether Candidate belong to Defence Category, If yes select the Name from
(DEF-1,DEF-2,DEF-3)and You are required to submit the proof of his/her Defence
type by way of a certificate in prescribed Proforma-C at the time of Document
Verification at ARC.
8. Select any one nationality document that you can submit at verification

Qualification Details:
1. According to the qualifying examination either Diploma or B.Sc., Candidate have
to enter the qualification marks on this page.
2. SSC Aggregate Marks, SSC Mathematics & SSC Science Marks are compulsory all
types of candidates.
3: Enter the qualifying exam details. For. Eg Diploma marks details as shown in image
below.

4. If candidate have passed 12th select passed option in 12th/HSC Marks Details and enter
the 12th marks.

For B.Sc. Candidates:
5. Once all the marks are filled press save & proceed button.

Personal Details:
1. On this page enter your Personal details like full name, date of birth, gender,
annual family income, religion, mother tongue.
2. If candidate belong to EBC category then you can apply for it and you will have to
produce the income certificate at ARC verification.
3. Enter the candidate UID number, Bank name, Account number, IFSC Code but
these fields are not mandatory.

4. Enter the correspondence address, state, district.
5. Enter pin code for correspondence address.
6. If correspondence address is same as permanent address select Same As
Correspondence check box else select no and enter the permanent address.
7. Enter mobile number, phone numbers and email address.

Upload Photo With Signature
1. All the instructions to upload the photo with signature are given in the Note and
Important Instructions.
2. Press Choose File / Browse button and select the photo on your
computer.

3. After selecting photo, the path and name of your photo appears in text box beside.
4. Press the upload photo button.

Receipt Details
1. On this page enter your receipt number of application kit and click on Save and
Proceed Button as shown in following fig.

Printable Application Form
1. After all the stages are filled, the printable application form is activated.
2. Take the print out of this and visit your ARC for confirmation along with all the
required attested documents.

Edit After Submission Of Application Form before ARC Confirmation:
1. If Candidate want to change some information before confirmation of application form
at ARC then Candidate can make correction in his information by using Left side links.
2. When Candidate edit application form after complete submission of form then Version
Number changes.
3. This new Version Number printed on application form should use at the time of
Confirmation of Application form at ARC.
CONFIRMATION IS MANDATORY FOR ALL CANDIDATES.
1. After online submission of Application form, Candidate is required to take the Print out
of the same. The Candidate should check the information submitted and should correct
the same, if required, himself/herself before confirmation at ARC.
2. All the Candidates who have submitted Online Form are required to personally confirm
the submission of application form at any convenient ARCs. Otherwise the application
form not considered valid for further admission process.
3. The candidate has to produce duly signed copy of the Online Application Form along
with the attested Xerox copies. The candidate should also carry the originals of these
required supporting documents enlisted in the online form and the Receipt of Payment for
confirmation at ARC.
4. Application sent by post/courier will not be accepted and such applications will be
rejected without any communication.

Fill Aadhaar Details:
1. On this page Candidate need to fill his Aadhaar details as shown in following fig.
2. Enter personal details and your Aadhaar card no and if you have not Aadhaar no then
enter Enrollment Id.
3. Aadhaar number will be linked to various schemes of central/state government.
4. The government is planning to transfer the amount of scholarship/fee reimbursement
in student`s account directly.
