* FREE- skiing and snowboarding for you and
deeply discounted season passes for your
immediate family.
* TRAINING - a complete schedule of clinics
on teaching, personal skiing and riding and
PSIA/ AASI certification are available
throughout the season. You will be required
to attend a certain number of clinics and are
encouraged to attend as many as you like.
* You will improve your personal
skiing & riding ability.
The Roundtop Mountain Resort
Instructor Training Course
is designed for skiers or snowboarders
who have an outgoing personality and who are
interested in introducing new skiers and riders
to the sport. You don’t have to be an expert skier
or rider. If you can ski or ride down most
intermediate slopes, like Minuteman, making
controlled, linked turns, we’ll help you progress!
* You will have the opportunity to be
part of a professional team of instructors
at Roundtop Snow Sports Learning Center.
* PAY - you’ll be paid an hourly rate for time
you are actually teaching lessons plus a
number of bonus programs.

If you enjoy working with children and want
to share your love of skiing/snowboarding with
them, we have instructor positions available as
part of our Kid Zone Team! As a Children’s
Specialist, you will receive “Kid Oriented”
Clinics and Instruction to give you tools and
ideas to use when working
Roundtop Mountain Resort Instructor Training Course was
developed by PSIA/AASI Certified Instructors following
The American Teaching System. ATS is the standard used
by most Ski and Snowboard Schools across the country.
All Course Conductors are PSIA and AASI Certified.
Ages 16 & older (Candidates under 18 must
have parental signatures and work permits)
