Here is where I will reflect on writing this blog entry.
Blog 3: Scrambled
Life is a ride, a very dizzying ride. Life is a disorienting journey that takes you everywhere and nowhere at
the same time. There are days that feel absolutely amazing and you enjoy every waking minute and never
want it to end. Then there are days that make you want to vomit and step off for a bit, even though you know
that the ride is in motion. You focus on what is around you in your cart, you may see a drawing left behind
by someone or notice your friend by your side. When you look outside the ride all you see is the blending
and melting space that you have just left or are going to enter soon.
Life is like the scrambler, that wonderful ride that spins you in two different directions, because of its unique
motion. It goes in circles with the intention of disorientating its occupants while making it seem that you are
going somewhere in a hurry. There are people with and all around you that come whipping in and out of
view. Life is a journey that may feel like it is going in circles or taking you somewhere faster than you can
ever believe while bringing your love ones along for the ride. You may get sick, dizzy or maybe even puke,
but when you are enjoying it together, nothing is better.

1. Go to the pagoda gazebo in the UNCC Asian Garden and count the googly eyes. 15 points for each pair.
Found half a pair? 7 points.
2. Make a video of your group walking around campus singing a questing song. 49 points. 100 extra points if
the song includes Fran Voltz.
3. Make a castle out of coins. Make sure it’s at least 1 sq ft. 50 points.
4. Draw 99 red balloons and write a caption in German. 99 points.
5. Recite the Team Rocket motto, but replace the names with your group members’ names. All group
members must be present. Video evidence required. 50 points.
6. Make up a new house for Hogwarts and videotape yourself recruiting random people on campus to join it.

7. Make a crossword puzzle with the names of all the members of your class. 49 points.
8. Find the Poncirus trifoliata in the UNCC Asian Garden and take a picture of a group member posing there

How to Make Delicious Haggis

How to Make Delicious Haggis
So you want to learn how to make haggis do you? You poor thing you probably don’t even know what it is.
You will need:
A sheep stomach (the fresher the better)
The heart and lungs of a lamb
Onions(Something has to try and mask the flavor)
About a pound of beef (at this point the beef is probably your best bet)
Oatmeal (No this is an ingredient, not something to soak up your guest’s meals)
Salt and pepper
1 tsp freshly ground coriander (only the best for this delicious dish)
1 tsp mace (not the stuff you spray, although it is probably a better option than eating this)
1 tsp freshly ground nutmeg (the ground stuff tastes like wood shavings)
In order to prepare this I suggest you have a friend in case one of you can’t make it though the other person
can finish this dish.
1. Wash the lungs and heart and boil them for about two hours.
2. When done strain and keep the stock.

3. Mince the now cooked lungs and heart.
4. Place the mince in a bowl and add the chopped onions, oatmeal and spices. Pour enough stock in so
that the mixture is crumbly.
5. Stuff the stomach until it is about half full and tie it off. Poke some holes in it or else you will be
cleaning haggis off your walls for the next couple weeks.
6. Boil for three hours adding water when needed to ensure it is covered.
7. Serve with edible food, be careful not to get the haggis in the edible food.

How to Make a Wordpress Website.
First thing you need to do is find a web host, in my case I have a server at my home but you should be able to
find many other different hosts. If you have an old computer you can set up a very basic server using ubuntu.
WordPress is a very simple to set up and there are many different guides out there. To get you started here is
the one I used on the WordPress website. WordPress also offers a hosting option, it is free but very limited,
you can find it here. If you need any help you can go ahead and post a comment below and I will try and help
you as soon as possible.
