You will receive your entry pack and race number through the post from July onwards. Providing
you have received this information, you do not need to register for the event on the day. We do
not require a stamped addressed envelope provided you have written your address clearly on the
entry form. Entry fees are non refundable.
Cyclists
ALL cyclists MUST abide by the rules for cyclists (Sections 59-82) of the Highway Code.
In order to avoid congestion at the start, please indicate your expected time for 20k Cycle.
Use of audio headsets and mobile phones by runners
IAAF Competition Rules DO NOT permit the use of any form of audio headset or mobile
telephone within the competition area. Promoters may restrict use and disqualify any
runner found to be contravening the instruction. Find out more about this on our website.
