Welcome to the 1st edition of our newsletter! We have recently launched our brand new newsletter
initiative to serve as an information gateway to our valued customers, you! The newsletter will be a
quarterly release and will highlight all the fantastic opportunities for you and your family and the

Cityscape
During the 2013 cityscape exhibition,
Misr Italia exhibited two of its leading
projects, “Al Hay Al Italy” and “Mousa
Coast Resort”, as well as introducing
its new project “Cairo Business Park” a
fully-integrated business compound.
The crowd showed great interest towards the projects while Misr Italia
team answered all their inquiries and
directed them through the details of
each project.
Also, “Mousa Coast” had an exclusive
promotion offer for cityscape visitors.
They were able to book their units
only with 5% and payment installments on 6 years.

June Campaign
“Mousa Coast” has started a massive TV campaign to promote “Oyoun Mousa” as one of Egypt’s splendid
and must-see destinations and Mousa Coast resort under the slogan “See Egypt through New Eyes”.
The TV campaign, that was aired during the prime-time of top-viewed TV channels, witnessed a big
success among the audience, who’s amazement was expressed through the high viewership rate and
excessive share-rate of the video posted on Mousa Coast’s Youtube Channel.
The Campaign also received wide coverage and was rated as one of the most creative campaigns during
its air time.
The success of this campaign highly contributed to spreading awareness about the area and drawing
attention to it.
This comes as Misr Italia’s belief in the strong assets of “Oyoun Mousa” and confidence that it will be the
future tourist attraction, only 90 minutes from Cairo and into one of the Red Sea’s largest resorts.

“Mousa Coast” kicked off the summer activities with a much anticipated
live performance by the super star
“Mahmoud El Esseily” and “Oka & Ortega”
The audiences and fans enjoyed the
concert while the artists performed
their latest hits. All performers were eager to meet their fans, who were really
excited to meet their favorite stars face
to face and have a chance to take pictures and autographs.
Mousa Coast has earned a famous reputation for being the top entertainment
spot in the area with its refreshing entertainment and catchy shows. Thus,
families will be able to spend a delightful Eid in Mousa Coast.

Mousa Coast launches new phases
“Mousa Coast” inaugurated recently two more
phases named “Colorado Lakes” and “Little Greece”
to add more diversity to the resort making it a true
touristic attraction that provides various leisure
and support facilities.
Overview about the phases
Colorado Lakes: The villas and chalets were inspired by modern American architecture, particularly in the Colorado State area. The main corners
of the buildings were fitted by stones used in the
practical, yet beautiful wilderness homes in Colorado; a method called Slate Stone fitting.
Little Greece: The villas and chalets were designed
with a Greek spirit, through mixing blue and white
colors; the typical infusion of Santorini island.
These colors are comforting to the spirit and are
in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment, not to mention the circular ends at the facades and terraces; which adds more serenity to
the entire phase.

The Beach Club House was established 8 years ago
in Mousa Coast; it provided accommodation to the
resort guests and other facilities to both Mousa
Coast residents and guests (non residents).
However, the Beach Club House has been going
through renovations. Upgrading the rooms, staff, and
services to maintain an area for people who want to
enjoy the beach privately as the club’s entrance is either with memberships, invitations or tickets.
The Beach Club House also offers a luxurious
leather lounge in a modern style, a reception with
centralized Air Condition that allows the guests a
sweet escape from the summer heat. Guests can
also escape that heat by spending a lovely day by
the pool surrounded by marble, which gives it an
extra touch of luxury.
