• Important to remember that it is the client’s home and we
need to respect their home, listen to their concerns.
• Does the client understand what is going to happen
(finished product).
• Measures Portfolios (required in Colorado).
• Shows the finished product - color

• Drill, various bits, ¼”, 5/16” hex head, square, bowtie,
