structural elements. Jeff graduated from Trinity University Department of Engineering with a Bachelor
of Science in Homebuilding. This wealth of experience and expertise helped prepare the inception of the
company in 1982 and its growth today. Jeff Paul’s management skills rely on integrity and fulfilling every
obligation to his clients. Jeff’s ability to coordinate and lead within an efficient, precise schedule will be
utilized during the Memorial Green project. The Project Manager for Memorial Green, Kevin Paul, has
a Civil Engineering degree from Texas A&M University with a Project Management Certification from
the Dwight Look College of Engineering, and a Minor in Business from Texas A&M University. Jeff
Paul Custom Homes will provide interior design service with our very talented staff Design Consultants,
Jennifer Beam and Stephanie Paul, in collaboration with Jillian O’Neill, Allied ASID. The design team
will work closely with clients guiding them resourcefully through the selection process and will accompany
them to various high-end decorative showrooms throughout Houston.
