Our New Look
After 30 plus years in business, it was a daunting thought
to change our logo, the most visual expression of who we
are. But like all things, change is inevitable. Our company
has certainly changed over the years, so it seemed only
natural that it was time for our logo to evolve as well.
When we first jumped into this project we did what we
always do, we reflected back to our history. For a company such as ours, who is deeply seated in our roots, we
always want to move forward and strive ahead while
staying grounded in where we come from.
That being said, we wanted something that looked and
felt familiar, but was updated and fresh. We wanted a
look that embodies our commitment to innovation, relationship building, and value. After several tries and several years, we were able to find a branding partner who
understood our vision of helping our customers to create
lifetime memories for their clients special occasions.
So, if you didn’t already do a double take when you got
this catalog, go ahead and take a peek at our new look.

Our History
The Man Behind the GBS Vision
I
t all began with Pravin J. Mody. Pravin
moved to the United States from Mumbai,
India in 1962 to pursue an education—first his
Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering followed by a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from
the University of Oklahoma, and later an MBA from
Pepperdine University. Pravin was destined to become an entrepreneur and started and sold several
businesses before founding GBS Linens in 1984. The

Our Services
For our customers, exceptional value requires one-stop shopping for their
rental, laundry, sales, and restoration needs. Whether you're an event
planner working out of your home or a national event production firm,
GBS Linens has a service that can help you become more successful.
Rental
Eight facilities warehouse GBS’s vast inventory of specialty linen and chair
covers. With over 400 fabrics and styles to choose from, GBS is able to fulfill
the design visions of their clients for events of any size.
Our laundry includes back up systems.
Laundry
With the capacity to wash several thousand pounds of linen per hour, GBS
offers a 48-hour turnaround for customer-owned linen.
Sales
What’s great about buying linen from a company that rents as well? When
you purchase linen from GBS and have a need to sub-rent additional pieces
in the future, your colors will match! GBS also offers custom design and
manufacturing to meet our client's specific needs.
Our wash aisle utilizes automated chemical and water delivery.
Restoration
Why throw away linen that is damaged? GBS offers restoration services to
analyze your linen and determine if damaged linen can be cut down into
smaller sizes and brought ‘back to useful life’.
Our CAD software and automated cutting machine allows for
precision cutting and fast production times.

In addition to a broad linen inventory and strong customer service, one of our key
competitive advantages is our use of RFID (radio frequency identification) technology.
This technology helps YOU in the following ways:

Provides real-time inventory information for our customers which
eliminates long phone wait times due to stock checks.

Ensures customer orders are complete and accurate.
•
Saves labor expenses for our customers since they do not have to count
linens back from their events or clients.
•
Minimizes the mix-up of our rental linens with our customer's inventory
of linens.
•
Ensures the right colors are washed together by automatically sorting
dirty linens which improves overall product quality.

business and can help you and your team become more successful.

Anaheim Health Fair which provides free medical screenings and services for the community.

smaller tablecloths, napkins, or laundry bags.

linens in the marketplace today.

We minimize natural gas and
electricity consumption by utilizing innovative heat recycling
and lighting technologies.

We partner with sustainable
companies who are committed
to water and energy conservation as well as eco-friendly packaging and safety.

We do NOT use pechloroethylene (PERC) within our Laundry Plant which can cause harm to humans
and animals.

We support waste prevention through the use of recycling programs for paper, boxes, bottles, and batteries.
