The Property is located in the Asheville Metropolitan Statistical Area
(A-MSA), the economic engine for Western North Carolina (WNC).
Asheville is the 11th largest city in the state with approximately
83,500 people. It is the regional center for health care, professional
services, banking, manufacturing, transportation, and shopping, serving
approximately 500,000 people in WNC.
The A-MSA’s natural and architectural beauty, climate, strong job
