Adirondack Youth Hockey Association (AYHA) REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR 2014-2015 SEASON Steps Prior to Registration: #1. GET YOUR USA HOCKEY ID. A VALID USA HOCKEY ID (FOR THE 2014/2015 SEASON) IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER. GO TO WWW.USAHOCKEYREGISTRATION.COM AND GET YOUR ID(S) BEFORE YOU START THE REGISTRATION PROCESS! Note: Although your current USA Hockey ID is valid through August 31, it is not valid for the 2014/2015 Season which commences in November 2014. #2. ***NEW THIS SEASON*** REVIEW THE ATTACHED PHOTO PACKAGES (LAST 2 PAGES) AVAILABLE BEFORE YOU START THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. Our photography partner, Lifetouch Sports, is making it easier by allowing us to pre-order photos. Since this is a pre-order, payment is not due until November 1, 2014 (if Payment Plan is selected). BONUS: You'll receive 2 free photo buttons (valued at $13.50) for pre-ordered Package purchases. Steps to Register: #1. Go to www.adkhockey.com #2. Click on the REGISTER Tab in the upper left. Click on the big [Login/Register] button. #3. If you have an account, login to your account. If you are new to AYHA, create a new account. #4. Click Register to [Play/Participate] button. Select the person you want to register, and follow the prompts. #5. During registration, you will be asked for the USA Hockey Number, to preorder photo packages, and a series of other questions relevant to your Role and Division of play. #6. Complete checkout and pay. We accept Visa/Mastercard credit or debit cards. You will have 2 options to pay: 1. Pay complete order in full. 2. Payment plan where you will be charged a deposit ($75 for Termites and $100 for all other programs), where remaining balance will be automatically charged on November 1, 2014. Who is Lifetouch Sports? A. Q. Why should I pre-order my photos during the registration process? A. Here are a few reasons: (1.) Saves time and hassle – no order forms to complete, so you will show up on picture day with no last minute running around; (2.) No need to provide separate payment for photos – one shopping cart for registration and photos; (3.) You’ll receive 2 free photo buttons (valued at $13.50) for Pre-ordered Photo Package purchases Q. When is payment due? A. You can choose to pay the full amount at registration checkout or use the payment plan option and pay the full amount for photos on November 1, 2014. Q. When is Picture Day? A. A notice will be sent home with each athlete prior to Picture Day indicating the day (replacement flyers can be picked up at the rink). Typically, AYHA has Picture Day in early December. Q. When will we receive the photos? Will we get photos in time for the Holidays? A. Photos are typically returned in about 2 weeks. They should be delivered before the Holidays. Q. How will photos be delivered? A. Photos will be delivered directly to AYHA and distributed to team members by the league. Q. What if I can’t make the scheduled Picture Day? A. While there is no way to know what the final Picture Day schedule will look like in December, typically there will be more than one Picture Day. So if you can’t make your scheduled Picture Day, perhaps you can make it to another of the AYHA scheduled Picture Days. Those will probably be all on one weekend, so if you can’t make any of the AYHA Pictures Days, Lifetouch Sports will send you a prompt refund. Q. Can I change or cancel my order? Q. What if I don’t like the photos? Q. What can I expect after I place the order? Q. What should I do for Picture Day? Q. How can I order more photos? Q. Can I order the normal way (paper order form)? A. A. A. A. A. A. Pre-ordered photo orders (those made online during registrations) can be changed or canceled before Picture Day by contacting AYHA directly ([email protected]). After Picture Day, you can contact Lifetouch Sports and they will be able to change/cancel your order, and give you a refund if necessary. With Lifetouch Sports, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not pleased with your finished pictures you may return them for a full refund within 30 days of when you received your package. If you have questions or concerns, call Lifetouch Sports customer service at 800-419-1118. You will receive an itemized receipt after checkout. Prior to Picture Day, a “boarding pass” will be e-mailed to you. Please print that out and have the player give it to the photographer at Picture Day. Here’s what we recommend: (1.) Show up on time – athlete’s look more relaxed if they’re not in a rush; (2.) Bring all sporting equipment; (3.) Wear full uniforms – clean uniforms look best (don’t need skates or helmet) You will find instructions for this enclosed with your photo order. You’ll be able to visit our re-order website to find your image(s) and view additional purchase options. Yes.
