City Symbol
From Osaka
Designed after the leaf of the pine tree, the Himematsu, which grows in Kaizuka. The five pine
needles symbolize the tight bond between the
five towns and villages that had united to form
Kaizuka city. At the center of the symbol are the
artistic images of the ocean waves and the kanji
character "貝 (kai)" from Kaizuka.
