Our Volunteer of
the Month for November 2015 is Liz
Diaz.
Liz has been a
valuable asset to our
volunteer staff since
2010. She has always
accepted and volunteered to do any task
with a cheerful smile.

one hard job to fill!! While working Saturday’s on the front desk, she helped train our
student volunteers, who just loved her!
In addition, she was responsible for instituting our Bunco games and for getting the
Bocce court built. For a time she also volunteered in our Bingo hall. For several years,
Liz served on our Board of Directors.

FIRST FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER OCTOBER 2015
Our First Friday Night Dinner held on October 2, 2015 dubbed ”Oktoberfest” with entertainment by “Showtime Entertainment” was a packed
house and fun evening with great food and wonderful music to dance by.
Dinner was catered by Brevard’s Kitchens
and consisted of Herb Encrusted Pork Loin with
white wine & mustard sauce, Warm German Potato Salad, Roasted Vegetables, Tossed Salad, Rolls
and Dessert along with Coffee, Iced Tea and Iced
Water.
