The BBF may be seen as the charity of last
resort for British citizens in Spain, whose
needs cannot be met either by the British or
Spanish Welfare State System or by Spanish
Charities. The committee is assisted by a
team of professionals who help ensure that
assistance is only provided to those who
have no other entitlement.
Thank you for becoming a subscriber.
✃
The objective of the BBF is to provide
financial aid or other assistance to British
citizens resident or stranded in Madrid.
This help has now been extended to cover
emergency or special cases throughout
Spain. The committee meets regularly to
review present cases and new applications
for aid.
Your help will be most appreciated by
those less fortunate.
Address: ________________________________________________________________________________
The BBF wishes to increase the number of
people making donations in order to help
more British citizens in Spain in severe
distress, and also to raise awareness of the
work being carried out.

1929, but records show statutes dated 1933.
The BBF operates with the support of the
Honorary President, H.M. Ambassador to
Spain and HM Consul General, with an
independent Chairman and Committee. Our
Annual Report and Accounts and further
information are available on The British
Embassy in Spain website.
