All drivers are required to have a Cook Island Drivers License
which can be obtained from the Cook Island Police for

issuing vouchers to be redeemed by Suppliers.
1.2We undertake to perform these services with reasonable care and skill. We will not be liable for any loss or damage, or loss of enjoyment which result from the act, default or
omission of any person other than ourselves or employees, or any cause beyond our control. This includes (but is not limited to) loss, damage or loss of enjoyment which arises
directly or indirectly from an Act of god, weather disruptions, dangers incidental to sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of Government or authorities whether
legitimate or not, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, strikes, lockouts, riots, deaths, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or medical,

PAYMENTS
6.1
Certain suppliers may also require a deposit to be paid at the time of booking. Where relevant, this will be advised to you at the time of booking.
6.2
Final Payment shall in all cases be made not less than 30 days prior to departure. In some cases the terms of travel may require full payment at an earlier date. In that case you
should be advised at the time your booking is processed.

CANCELLATION
7.1 If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, you must advise us through your travel agent as soon as possible.
7.2
In the event you cancel your holiday package prior to documentation being issued a cancellation fee of NZ$50 per person will apply. A cancellation fee of NZ$100 per person will apply where you cancel your holiday package after we have drawn up your travel documents.
7.3
These fees are in addition to any supplier and travel agent charges that may be incurred.

RESERVATIONS AMENDMENTS
A reservation amendment fee of NZ$25 to cover administration fees and communication costs will apply for each amendment made to your holiday plans.

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that you fully insure yourself against cancellation, disruption, loss of luggage plus personal property and medical expenses.

ITEMS NOT COVERED
Unless otherwise specified, the cost of meals, drinks, laundry, telephone calls, aviation insurance levies, passport/visa application fees, insurance, sightseeing, local taxes, airport taxes and travel agents service fees are not included.

VISAS/PASSPORTS
For all holidays in this brochure you will require a valid passport. You are responsible for arranging your own passport, visa and health requirements, including inoculations.

NON USE OF SERVICES OR FACILITIES
If, of your own choice, you decide not to use services or facilities included in your holiday package, you will not be entitled to a refund (provided we have carried out our service
with reasonable skill and care, and to your requirements).

HEALTH OR DISABILITY
Some Suppliers may reserve the right to refuse to carry or accommodate people whom because of a health condition or disability may require services or facilities to be provided
in a special manner or at a certain stage of pregnancy.
14 SERVICE SATISFACTION
During you holiday; if you encounter any situation where the service supplied to you does not meet your satisfaction, please take the matter up with the supplier immediately,
whom your contract is with. If this is not possible and you are still dissatisfied, please contact your travel agent. Your travel agent and First Travel Group Limited can then
endeavour to resolve the matter immediately, so that you can continue to enjoy your holiday.
15 LEGAL CLAIMS
Any claims or legal action, in connection with this provision of our services to you, will be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any claim or legal action against the Suppliers is
likely to be subject to the terms of your contract with them and may be governed by the laws of other countries.
