ROSE-HULMAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY - LAKESIDE HALL
Garmong Construction served as Construction Manager for this 240-bed residence hall for Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute.
This fast-tracked project was completed in only 12 months. Fast-tracking incorporated structural elements including steel frame, hollow
core, precast floors and thin brick pre-cast exterior walls. This allowed the elimination of several months from the schedule of traditional
construction delivery methods.

ROSE-HULMAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY - ROSE VENTURES
Garmong Construction served as the Design-Builder for this $1.8M renovation of an existing 30,000-square-foot office building. The renovated
space included a fully operational machine shop, wet chemistry labs, office space and a state-of-the-art presentation room. The project was
phased to keep the building operational at all times.

ROSE-HULMAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY - LOGAN LIBRARY
Garmong Construction served as General Contractor for the renovation of Logan Library. This project significantly increased student study and
project space, consolidated the library collection, added a coffee bar and improved the structural integrity of the campus landmark. The library
now features 70 seats and six, sound-proof student project rooms; two conference rooms; expanded facilities for the Digital Resource Center;
a new automated library resource catalogue system and an updated current periodicals area. Building infrastructure improvements included a
new roof, completely new heating/ventilation/air conditioning and electrical systems, and expanded technology availability.

ROSE-HULMAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY - BRANAM INNOVATION CENTER
Garmong Construction served as Construction Manager for this 16,200-square-foot flexible workshop space, which was constructed as an
addition to the existing facilities building. The large open area provides a flexible work space for projects and houses Rose-Hulman’s Advanced
Transportation Systems (ATS) program, as well as, other student competition teams.

Garmong Construction served as Construction Manager for this multiple classroom renovation project. The renovation included retrofitting
four team work spaces into five high-technology, multi-media, interactive classrooms. The classrooms are now equipped with the capacity
to deliver online courses, continuing education, and professional development materials throughout the world using state-of-the-art delivery
technologies.

ROSE-HULMAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY - MOENCH HALL
Garmong Construction completed the renovation of Rose-Hulman’s historic Moench Hall. Work included demolition, removal and replacement
of all floor, wall and ceiling finishes, carpet, tile, hardwood flooring and trim, paint, wallpaper and ceiling tiles. The project also included
significant upgrades to all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Special attention was given to protect the historic qualities of this
century old building.

AUER HALL OF INDIANA UNIVERSITY’S JACOBS SCHOOL OF MUSIC
Garmong Construction completed renovations in Auer Hall to prepare the facility acoustically for the installation of a $2.0M pipe organ that
includes 3,945 pipes, three manuals (keyboards) and a pedal board. The scope included new carpeting, redesign of the enclosure around the
stage and in the ceiling, a floor-mounted projection screen that is incorporated in the choral-riser system, installation of a projector in the
existing ticket booth, an audio system for sound reinforcement and a new audio mixing console.

SAINT MARY-OF-THE-WOODS COLLEGE - SPORTS AND RECREATION CENTER
Garmong Construction served as Construction Manager for this approximately 45,000-square-foot sports and recreation center. The facility
includes an NCAA regulation-sized gym seating approximately 1,000 spectators, a practice gym for auxiliary revenue and intramural sports;
2,000-square-foot lobby - flexible space for functions and activities; locker rooms, a training room, a fitness room and ample storage space;
and offices for a growing athletic program. This project is certified LEED silver.

SAINT MARY-OF-THE-WOODS COLLEGE - LE FER HALL

IVY TECH COMMUNITY COLLEGE - INDIANA CENTER FOR THE LIFE SCIENCES
Garmong Construction served as General Contractor for construction of the Indiana Center for Life Sciences. The Center is a joint venture of
Monroe County, Ivy Tech Community College-Bloomington and the Bloomington Life Sciences Partnership. The 20,000-square-foot facility
is located adjacent to the Ivy Tech - Bloomington campus. The multi-faceted education and training facility houses four science labs, three
classrooms and a manufacturing training space.

INDIANA STATE UNIVERSITY - SANDISON HALL
Garmong Construction completed the renovation of Sandison Hall from the traditional dormitory floor plan to double rooms with private
bathrooms and individual heating and air conditioning controls. The $9.0M renovation included the installation of air conditioning throughout
the facility, fire suppression systems with sprinklers and alarms in each room, roof replacement, heating systems, windows and electrical
structural repairs.

INDIANA STATE UNIVERSITY - ERICKSON HALL
Erickson Hall was renovated to once again serve its original purpose as a residence hall facility. Existing academic/administrative functions
housed in Erickson Hall were relocated to other facilities on campus. This $9.0M renovation included a total of 260 beds, all contained in
double occupancy rooms with lounge/study space on each floor. Office space for Residential Life and Dining Services was included on the first
floor.

INDIANA STATE UNIVERSITY - CAMPUS LANDSCAPE RENOVATIONS
Garmong Construction managed various campus landscape improvements that involved the removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete
pavement and overgrown plants. The areas were transformed with construction of new concrete sidewalks and landscaping, as well as, the
addition of a new environmentally friendly rain garden outfitted with native plant species which serves to naturally treat stormwater runoff
from the site.

INDIANA STATE UNIVERSITY - MEMORIAL STADIUM WOMEN’S SOCCER LOCKER ROOMS
Garmong Construction completed renovations and an addition to the Women’s Varsity Soccer Team locker room at Memorial Stadium. Serving as

INDIANA STATE UNIVERSITY - MEMORIAL STADIUM TURF REPLACEMENT
Garmong Construction completed the renovation of Memorial Stadium’s press box and replacement of the field’s artificial turf surface. Garmong
Construction partnered with Field Turf Tarkett.
The new press box is designed to be ergonomically efficient, supporting the requirements of the coaching staff, administrators, and faculty,
while working and hosting athletic events. The new field includes a custom in-laid logo and markings, which drastically reduce field prep time
prior to games.

Program Management typically differs from Construction Management in that the Program Manager does not self-perform any of
the design or construction of the project. The Program Manager’s role is purely to develop and oversee the project as the Client’s
Representative.

Weekly job site audits are performed utilizing in-house management personnel and an outside safety consultant. Audit
results provide additional opportunities to amend our safety policy and enforcement programs. Accidents are immediately
investigated utilizing in-house management personnel and outside consultants.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION
All Garmong Construction employees, including executives, project managers, and administrative personnel are subject
to random drug testing. All field construction workers are pre-tested as a condition of employment through various labor
union sponsored substance abuse prevention programs.
TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS
