RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a Langara student, it is your responsibility to be familiar with and abide by the policies and procedures outlined in the Langara College Calendar and on the Registration & Records pages of the College website. Here’s a quick look at some of your basic rights and responsibilities. RIGHTS Human Rights Your rights are important. We are committed to the principle that all members of the College community have the right to work and study in an environment that is free from discrimination and harassment. The College prohibits discrimination based on the criteria listed in the BC Human Rights Code. Religious Holidays Do you require special consideration for holy days? If you require alternate arrangements, please give your instructor at least two weeks advance notice.
