SURVIVAL 101 CHALLENGE

Alongside experienced instructors, take off into
the woods for a day of survival. This course
will be a great team building opportunity as
well as a great chance to learn valuable life
saving techniques. From shelter building and
water purification to rope skills and self-rescue
techniques, this is the perfect “wake-up”

forced outside of their comfort zones and will
have to support one another to survive.

YIN YOGA WORKSHOP

Nourish the mind and connective tissues during a
90-minute session of Yin Yoga. We’ll explore long
supported holds which target ligaments, bones and
joints. This slow practice is suitable for beginners
and all levels with props that enable muscular
release and relaxation. This practice will be a more
conscientious attention to breathe and sensations in
the body. After the session, enjoy a complimentary

process of drawing and writing in a sketchbook
for their keeping. Each artist will build artistic

experience, select this interactive encounter into
the world of falconry. Start off in the classroom

bird of prey fly to their gloved arm. Imagine the
bird dropping from 20 feet high or approaching
from 100 feet away as it is called to your glove.

Join for a guided tour of Middleburg to learn
history from past times and how this quaint
town became what it is today. Four person

FALCONRY FIRST HAND

This once-in-a-lifetime experience presents the
fascinating natural history, training, conservation
and concerns about these majestic predators.
Following a live demonstration of the training
methods and an overview of the natural
behavior of raptors, each participant will have
the opportunity to hold a live raptor on their
arm for a wonderful photo opportunity. Ages
12 & up; ages 7-11 may register but must be
accompanied by a paid adult.

Walk-ons are “pick up” games of paintball. The
group is a mixture of all ages and skill levels and

a 1,864 park rich in history and boasting
more than 10 miles of bridle trails, 24 miles
of hiking trails and nine miles of biking trails
ranging from easy to difficult. Freshwater
fishing is available at the three-acre Turner
Pond, which is periodically stocked with a
variety of fish including largemouth bass,
catfish, crappie, sunfish and bluegill.

American Viticulture Area, the estate at Greenhill
Winery and Vineyards consists of 20 acres of
mostly vitis vinifera vineyards set against the
