General Terms and Conditions
1. The “Visa Preferred Merchants” program (or “VPM”) is valid from 1 April
2013 to 31 March 2014 (“Validity Period”).
2. The privileges under the VPM are available only for purchases made at
the participating merchants during the Validity Period, using a Visa card
issued outside of Korea only (“Eligible Card”).
3. The VPM coupon downloaded from websites must be submitted and
the VPM mobile coupon must be presented at the information centers of
participating merchants.
4. All benefits and privileges under the VPM cannot be used in conjunction
with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or special offers.
8. Visa shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for
any deficiency or inadequacy of services or goods purchased by under
the VPM and Eligible Card holders shall look solely to the relevant
participating merchants in the case of any queries or complaints for
any services or goods purchased. For the avoidance of doubt no
representation or warranty of any nature is made by Visa as to the quality
of any goods or services provided by any merchant under this VPM.
9. Additional terms and conditions may be applied by participating merchants
in relation to the VPM, which may not be stipulated in this booklet. Eligible
Card holders are solely responsible to check and comply with these terms
and conditions imposed by the relevant participating merchant.
10. Visa reserves the absolute right to withdraw and / or alter any of the terms
and conditions of the VPM or list of participating merchants at any time
without giving any notice.
11. By utilizing or attempting to utilise the VPM, all Eligible Card holders are
deemed to have read, understood and irrevocably accepted and agreed
to the terms and conditions set out herein.
12. In the event that the VPM, these terms and conditions, or any part thereof
is prohibited or restricted under applicable law, the VPM and/or these
terms and conditions (as the case may be) may be modified by Visa to
extent required to comply with the law.
13. The VPM and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws
of South Korea.

6. All bookings for hotels or resorts under the VPM must be reserved in
advance, confirmed and guaranteed with an Eligible Card. Eligible
Card holders must mention “Visa Preferred Merchants” when making
reservations under the VPM and must produce the printed VPM coupon
when making payment. For the avoidance of doubt, hotel room rates are
based on public rates, and subject to service charge and government tax.

1. The “Visa Preferred Merchants” program (or “VPM”) is valid from 1 April
2013 to 31 March 2014 (“Validity Period”).
2. The privileges under the VPM are available only for purchases made at
the participating merchants during the Validity Period, using a Visa card
issued outside of Korea only (“Eligible Card”).
3. The VPM coupon downloaded from websites must be submitted and
the VPM mobile coupon must be presented at the information centers of
participating merchants.
4. All benefits and privileges under the VPM cannot be used in conjunction
with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or special offers.
8. Visa shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for
any deficiency or inadequacy of services or goods purchased by under
the VPM and Eligible Card holders shall look solely to the relevant
participating merchants in the case of any queries or complaints for
any services or goods purchased. For the avoidance of doubt no

1. The “Visa Preferred Merchants” program (or “VPM”) is valid from 1 April
2013 to 31 March 2014 (“Validity Period”).
2. The privileges under the VPM are available only for purchases made at
the participating merchants during the Validity Period, using a Visa card
issued outside of Korea only (“Eligible Card”).
3. The VPM coupon downloaded from websites must be submitted and
the VPM mobile coupon must be presented at the information centers of
participating merchants.
4. All benefits and privileges under the VPM cannot be used in conjunction
with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or special offers.
8. Visa shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for
any deficiency or inadequacy of services or goods purchased by under
the VPM and Eligible Card holders shall look solely to the relevant
participating merchants in the case of any queries or complaints for
any services or goods purchased. For the avoidance of doubt no
representation or warranty of any nature is made by Visa as to the quality
of any goods or services provided by any merchant under this VPM.
9. Additional terms and conditions may be applied by participating merchants

Yeoju is well-known for its high quality ceramic products.

General Terms and Conditions
1. The “Visa Preferred Merchants” program (or “VPM”) is valid from 1 April
2013 to 31 March 2014 (“Validity Period”).
2. The privileges under the VPM are available only for purchases made at
the participating merchants during the Validity Period, using a Visa card
issued outside of Korea only (“Eligible Card”).
3. The VPM coupon downloaded from websites must be submitted and
the VPM mobile coupon must be presented at the information centers of
participating merchants.
4. All benefits and privileges under the VPM cannot be used in conjunction
with any other promotions, discounts, coupons or special offers.
8. Visa shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for
any deficiency or inadequacy of services or goods purchased by under
the VPM and Eligible Card holders shall look solely to the relevant
participating merchants in the case of any queries or complaints for
any services or goods purchased. For the avoidance of doubt no
representation or warranty of any nature is made by Visa as to the quality
of any goods or services provided by any merchant under this VPM.
9. Additional terms and conditions may be applied by participating
merchants in relation to the VPM, which may not be stipulated in this
booklet. Eligible Card holders are solely responsible to check and comply
with these terms and conditions imposed by the relevant participating
merchant.
10. Visa reserves the absolute right to withdraw and / or alter any of the terms
and conditions of the VPM or list of participating merchants at any time
without giving any notice.
11. By utilizing or attempting to utilise the VPM, all Eligible Card holders are
deemed to have read, understood and irrevocably accepted and agreed
to the terms and conditions set out herein.
12. In the event that the VPM, these terms and conditions, or any part thereof
is prohibited or restricted under applicable law, the VPM and/or these
terms and conditions (as the case may be) may be modified by Visa to
extent required to comply with the law.
13. The VPM and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws
of South Korea.
