General Info
~ DEPOSITS: We require a deposit to secure your date as definite. Your deposit
will be applied toward your final bill at full value. Deposits vary based on event
location. In the event that your scheduled function is cancelled, your deposit will
become property of Rick’s Prime Rib House. ~
~ GUARANTEES: We must have a tentative count 10 days prior to your
event and a final guarantee with payment 5 days prior to your event. ~

~ MENU: Menu prices are guaranteed 30 days prior to your event. Rick’s will
tailor any menu to fit your special needs. ~
~ SERVICE CHARGE/SALES TAX: An 18% service charge and the applicable
New York State Sales Tax will apply. ~
~ FOOD/BEVERAGE SERVICE: We offer a complete selection of beverages to
complement your event. Alcoholic beverage sales are regulated by the state of
New York. It is our policy that no liquor, beer or wine be brought into the
facility from outside sources. We do not serve shots at our open bar and do not
serve anyone under the age of 21 or anyone who appears intoxicated. No food
or beverages may be taken out of the establishment. All cakes & pastries
brought in must come from a bakery approved by the Monroe County
Health Department. ~
~ PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept cashier’s checks, cash & all major credit
cards. We do not accept personal checks. ~
~ SPECIAL REQUIRMENTS: A minimum of 75 people are needed for Sunday
events. A minimum of 75 people are needed to reserve the Grand Ballroom, 20
people are needed for the East room, and 40 for the West room. ~
