Focus Their Efforts On Older Adults
Berks County has many
heroes: businesses, individuals,
government officials, other institutions. Often good deeds might
go unnoticed by us, whether
they’re donations or lending a
helping hand. But over the past
few months, outstanding local
businesses and individuals have
made Berks County seniors their
focus. Berks Encore’s annual
Community Breakfast and its
2016 honoree, Eric Savage and
the Freedom Auto Group, catalyzed a chain of giving.
At its 16th annual Community Breakfast, Berks Encore
honored Eric “Mr. Freedom”
Savage and the Freedom Auto
Group with the Leadership By
Example Award. Savage and his
dealerships have created the Life
Improvement Business model,
which means the dealerships
do more than just sell cars and
make a profit; Freedom Auto’s
main mission is to improve the
lives of others in a multitude of
ways. Savage and his dealerships
donate thousands of dollars and
thousands of hours of volunteer time to a variety of worthy
causes, including Berks Encore.

well: delivering a meal, checking on an elderly neighbor,
creating a card or small gift for a homebound senior, making
a donation. In our own lives, we have the ability to make
an impact on the lives of those we see regularly—or perhaps
those strangers we may never see again.

Did you know that there is science behind positive benefits
of good deeds? Research shows that people who engage
in kind acts become happier over time. These acts create
emotional warmth that releases a hormone called oxytocin.
Oxytocin is known as a “cardioprotective” hormone that
lowers blood pressure. What’s more, if people start giving and
being kind when they’re young, benefits like physical health
and life satisfaction improve greatly over time!

Kindness is contagious. We see this each day at Berks
Encore on a small and large scale. In the past few months,
we’ve been so moved by many acts of kindness towards
seniors in our community. In these pages, you’ll see
the stories of the ways in which many individuals and
organizations in Berks County are consistently making a
difference in the lives of seniors. Taking care of each other
is the right thing to do. And I’m so grateful to work at an

our community. And remember that the act of kindness you
perform today has the ability to do more good than you may
realize: for the recipient, for yourself, and for the person who
observes and takes your example to do more good for others.

For many seniors, keeping cupboards full is difficult. Seniors
may be homebound or unable to drive and getting to the
grocery store, walking around the store, or lugging bags of
groceries may be difficult tasks.
Help is available. Berks Encore and Redner’s Warehouse Markets are proud to offer the Grocery Shopping Program: Berks
Encore will try to find a volunteer to do a client’s shopping and
deliver the groceries to his or her home on a regular basis.
The need for this program continues to grow and volunteers
do not currently match the demand.
We need your help to keep seniors independent. Please call

volunteer. With just a few hours of time, you can ensure a
senior’s cupboard stays full.

The volunteers
who comprise Berks
Encore’s APPRISE
team tackle one
area of aging that is
often challenging
to many people
approaching
retirement:
Medicare.
With confusing
terminology and

overwhelming number of options, Medicare enrollment
is a daunting task. APPRISE counselors receive rigorous
training so that they can assist individuals in finding the
best option for them, whether they’re new to Medicare
or evaluating their options during open enrollment.
APPRISE counseling is a free service and requires the
work of volunteers like Ian Lindsay to keep the program
running.
Upon his retirement at the end of 2012, Ian Lindsay
and his wife, Barbara had an appointment with Dot
Hartman, Berks Encore’s Vice President of Community
Based Aging. Ian and his wife received help signing up

help others as I was helped and increase my knowledge of
this very confusing subject.” Ian quickly became a vital
part of the program, and also volunteers as a tax preparer
each year as part of Berks Encore’s VITA program.
Ian had another reason for volunteering: staying busy.
He explains: “My wife said, ‘Don’t sit around the house
all day.’”
Being part of the APPRISE program also is something
he values—and something he knows can have a big
impact of the life of a senior. “I enjoy helping other
seniors navigate the Medicare maze,” Ian says. “Hopefully
I can save them some money by doing this and helping
them prepare their taxes.”
He and his wife Barbara have two kids, Ian Scott and
Janet, as well as two grandkids, Kathryn and Madison.
When he’s not busy helping older adults and their
families, Ian can be found gardening. Ian is also a
member of the Bern Township Lions Club.

Summer Wellness for Seniors:
TIPS AND GUIDELINES
Summer comes with a variety of opportunities—and challenges—to staying healthy. Sunshine and warmer weather
means more opportunities for enjoying the outdoors: exercise,
walks, and a variety of healthy produce. But as summer temperatures continue to soar, keeping yourself safe from heat-related
ailments is hugely important. There are a variety of ways you
can keep yourself healthy this summer:
• Pay close attention to your diet: be sure to continue to make lean
proteins and in-season vegetables and berries part of your diet.
Beware of unhealthy salads by choosing a light dressing rather
than a creamy dressing.
• Make smart drink choices: many seniors are at risk for
dehydration, so aim for six to eight 8-ounce glasses of fluids daily.
Reduce your caffeine intake, as caffeine can cause dehydration.
• Practice food safety: whether it’s a summer cookout or in your
kitchen, bacteria that can cause food poisoning grows quickly
in the summer heat. Keep your perishable items refrigerated or
stored in ice and refrigerate leftovers within two hours of eating
outdoors.
• Moisturize and protect your skin: Combat dry skin by applying
moisturizer, ointment, or lotion frequently
• Protect yourself from sun exposure: Especially between the hours
of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., direct sunlight is at its peak and can be
dangerous. Remember to protect your skin from harmful rays
by applying sunscreen, wearing a hat, wearing sunglasses, and
wearing a shirt. Keep your sunglasses, hat, and sunscreen where
it’s easily accessible and you’ll remember to use it.
• Plan activities wisely: Check the forecast before you go out, and
plan your outdoor activities during early morning or late evening,
if possible, to limit your strenuous activity and exercise in high
heat and sunlight. Take frequent breaks to cool down.
• Use A/C if you have it: while it is potentially costly, air conditioning
can help keep you safe when the temperature rises. If you don’t
have A/C in your home, take trips during the hottest part of the
day to places like the mall, the library, or another store to take
advantage of their A/C before heading home at a cooler point
during the day.

Lyme Disease is a bacterial infection spread through the bite
of infected ticks. Here in the northeast, the most common carrier is the black-legged or deer tick.
Ticks can attach to any part of the human body but are difficult to see because adult ticks are about the size of a sesame seed.
Immature ticks, called nymphs, account for most of the bites on
humans and pets and are only about the size of the period at the
end of this sentence. Nymphs live in tall grass, weeds and fallen
leaves and can jump several feet to attach to your skin, clothing or hair. Ticks are most active during the spring and summer
months when we and our pets are most likely to be out walking,
hiking, gardening and enjoying the outdoors.
Untreated Lyme Disease can produce a wide range of symptoms including fever, chills, headache, fatigue, muscle and joint
aches and swollen lymph nodes. A bull’s-eye rash occurs in 70
– 80 percent of infections, but may not appear for days or even
weeks after being bitten.
Later symptoms may include severe headaches, neck stiffness,
dizziness, shortness of breath, numbness or tingling in the hands
or feet, nerve pain, inflammation of the brain or spinal cord and
problems with short-term memory. In a small percentage of
cases, these symptoms can last for months or years and is called
“chronic Lyme Disease.”
Lyme Disease was named for the first U.S. case to be diag-
nosed in Lyme, Connecticut. Even today, 96 percent of all
confirmed cases are reported in 14 states along the northeast
and mid-Atlantic coast – including southeastern Pennsylvania.
So it is important to take steps to prevent Lyme infection.
1. Avoid wooded or brushy areas with high grass and leaf litter.
2. If you will be walking, hiking or working outdoors, wear long
pants and sleeves to limit skin exposure.
3. Use insect repellent containing 20 – 30% DEET on exposed
skin and clothing or use products that contain permethrin on
clothing. Be sure to follow instructions carefully.
4. Bathe or shower as soon as possible after coming indoors.
5. Conduct a full-body tick check using a hand-held mirror to view
all parts of the body.
6. Be sure to check children and pets that have been outdoors.
Also check clothing and gear that can provide ticks a “free ride”
into your home.
7. If you find a tick, remove it quickly and carefully. Ticks must be
attached to your skin for 36-48 hours to transmit the bacteria.
8. If you have any unexplained symptoms – with or without
the bull’s-eye rash – seek diagnosis and treatment as soon as
possible. Patients treated with antibiotics in the early stages
of Lyme Disease usually recover rapidly and completely.

The deadline to apply for the state’s 2015 Property Tax/Rent
Rebate program was recently extended from June 30 to December 31.

seniors in Berks, and we continue to build on outreach programs benefitting seniors. I look
forward to continued participation at this year’s Expo at its new
location, the DoubleTree Hotel, in downtown Reading.
Members of the Berks County Sheriff’s Office are always happy to answer questions from our Berks County citizens. Some
of the calls we get are to report scams. Please don’t hesitate to
call our office to obtain direction on a call that may be a scam.
Often, the District Attorney’s Office has already made us aware,
and it’s likely we can assure you to ignore the call.

one with autism, Down syndrome or Alzheimer’s disease ever

with Berks Encore, our young Explorers have helped seniors
learn to use various types of technology. I have also been a guest
speaker at Alvernia’s Senior College and our office has worked
with AARP to offer its safe driving program to seniors.
HOW IS THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE INVOLVED IN THE
SENIOR EXPO?
The Sheriff’s Office is on site to pass out pencils, stickers, and
literature such as our office newsletter. Our K-9 teams have
been on site for a meet and greet the past few years, and this
has proven to be one or the more popular informational series
offered to seniors on the day of the Expo. This year, participants
can enjoy a full K-9 demonstration. For me, I find it a great
opportunity to simply talk to those who want to stop by the
Sheriff’s Office table.
WILL IT BE HARDER TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE CITY AT
THE EXPO’S NEW LOCATION?
Berks Encore will be hosting the 2016 Senior Expo at the new
Doubletree Hotel in downtown Reading on Tuesday, October
25. Seniors wishing to participate will need to take the shuttle
from the VF parking lot in Wyomissing (same site as prior
years). Only seniors with handicap tags and event vendors will
be able to park in the Doubletree Hotel parking garage. More
information on this year’s Berks Encore Senior Expo will be
published in future issues of Berks Encore News.

State Senator Judith L. Schwank • 11th Senatorial District
As a member of the State Senate Aging and Youth Committee,
I am happy to report to you that there is a new Pennsylvania law
that is designed to make sure that hospitals provide caregivers,
either in or out of the family, with a discharge plan regarding aftercare assistance as part of a patient’s hospital’s discharge plan. This
new law will support senior citizens by allowing them to stay in
their homes with proper care from their designated caregiver.
The CARE Act allows a hospital patient or their guardian to
designate a lay caregiver that may help to develop and participate
in the patient’s discharge plan regarding after-care assistance when
the patient is discharged from the hospital. Currently hospitals
are permitted, but not required, to coordinate a patient’s aftercare
plans with a designated lay caregiver.
“After-care assistance” is defined as “any assistance provided by
a lay caregiver to a patient following the patient’s discharge from a
hospital, and that is related to the patient’s condition at the time
of discharge.” The term includes but is not limited to “assisting
with basic activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily
living and any other tasks as determined to be appropriate by
the discharging physician” or licensed professional pursuant to a
discharge plan.
A hospital must provide a patient or their guardian with an
opportunity to appoint at least one lay caregiver before discharge.
If the patient is unconscious or incapacitated, the opportunity
is afforded to the patient’s guardian with the opportunity for the
patient to designate a caregiver when the patient regains consciousness. A patient or guardian is not required to designate a lay
caregiver, and may designate a lay caregiver as part of an advanced
directive.
If a caregiver is designated, a hospital is not automatically
required to release medical information to the caregiver and shall
only release medical information upon the patient or guardian’s
written consent in compliance with federal and state laws.
At a minimum, the discharge plan shall include instructions
in person or by video on any medical-related tasks that the
patient will need help with at home. In addition, the discharge
plan should provide information for any health care, community resources, long-term care service and supports necessary for
implementation of the discharge plan, and contact information of
a hospital employee that can answer questions after instructing the
lay caregiver about tasks needed in the discharge plan.
The Pennsylvania Department of Aging and the Hospital Association of Pennsylvania provided strong support for the passage
of this law. Similar legislation has passed in 22 other states.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Seniors Group
Available In Our Area
Once a month, a group of deaf and hard of hearing
seniors meets at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Reading (527 Washington Street, Reading, 19601). The
Trinity Deaf Senior Citizen Center is held the second
Thursday of each month from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in
the church’s auditorium. The Center includes lunch,
entertainment, and a game called Dingo. It is open to
all Berks seniors who are deaf and hard of hearing and
there is always an interpreter present.
The church also has a deaf worship service each
Sunday at 9:30 a.m. in the church’s chapel. Trinity
Deaf Church has been a worship center for Deaf and
Hard of Hearing Christians for over 90 years and has
many fellowship opportunities available, including
lunches, dinners, and holiday celebrations.

The entertainer on May 9 was Steve Barth, guitar and singing
familiar songs. Joe Solzski provided the entertainment for the
June 13 meeting.
Trips started on April 28 with “The Crooners” at the American Music Theatre. May 11 trip was to Dutch Apple Dinner
Theatre for a “Million Dollar Quartet,” which was about a
recording session where Elvis, Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Carl
Perkins were together one night only. Great songs of yesterday.
June 15 trip was to Woodlock Pines Resorts with an 80s
theme and good food.
On July 20 we are going to the Timbers Playhouse for a Musical Review and a visit to an alpaca farm. This is lunch, show,
and a large cone of ice cream from the Jigger Shop.
A highlight show on August 16 goes to Sight and Sound for
“Samson.” We’ll see the show first and then eat lunch at the
Cracker Barrel. The show should be spectacular, featuring live
animls and great scenary with special effects.
“Is There Life After 50?” is the trip on September 29 at the
Rainbow Theatre. The Mystery Trip is on Wednesday, October
26. Trips to Hunterdon Hills Dinner Theatre on October 20;
Mohican Sun on November 16; and American Music Theatre
round out the year.
Our Annual Picnic is on August 8. Members have been
reminded to get their ticket for the picnic meal at the June and
July meetings. The picnic meal is always delicious. We’ll have
bingo following the picnic. This will be a fun day!!!
As with all clubs we need people to get involved, volunteering to help in some capacity. The more help we have ensure the
continued existence of the clubs.
We have many volunteers already, but if more people decide
to help in some capacity, everything goes easier.

SENIOR BERNERS
What a wonderful day for a picnic. Since it was so warm
outdoors we decided to have an indoor picnic in the air-conditioned room at Bern Lutheran Church on West Leesport Road.
After the usual business meeting and committee reports we
were entertained by our member Sam Feranda who played
accordion and sang. We also heard the following poem written
by Faye Beissel. It really made us laugh. Both Sam and Faye are
very talented.
The Good Old Days
When I was just a little girl,
I’d hear my parents say,
“Boy, things are tough, prices are high,
Give me the ‘good old days.’”
And, yes, the prices were quite high;
Grocery bills were a dread.
Twenty-nine cents for a dozen eggs,
And eighteen cents for a loaf of bread.
I remember my Dad buying fuel for the car.
He paid a dollar for give gallons of gas.
And if he had enough money to fill up the tank,
They also gave him a glass.
The farmhouse we lived in was really quite old.
Conveniences? Maybe just two.
We had cold running water and a light in each room.
But Mom and Dad said we’d make do.
Now at least once a week, Daddy would stop
And buy a big chunk of ice.
A refrigerator was a luxury we didn’t have,
Because we couldn’t afford the price.
Our icebox was small but for three days or so,
The goodies inside were just fine.
But by day number four, the milk had turned sour,
And the fruit juice turned into wine.
Then there was the outhouse, a sight to behold,
Perched there high on the hill.
It was hot in the summer and in the winter it was cold.
Don’t miss it, and I never will.
One problem we had was that on rainy days,
The magazines stacked on the floor,
Got drenched through and through all of the pages,
And couldn’t be used for what they were there for.
Because it was proper each Sunday night
A tub bath all of us got.
A good scrubbing with lifebuoy on necks, knees and elbows
Whether ‘twas needed or not.
As school time approached new clothes were a must
And this was really a treat.
Cause it meant that my Mother, and me and my brother
Would shop on the famous Penn Street.
We had no TV, no hi-fi or stereo
Just a radio and that was just fine
Inner-Sanctum, Ma Perkins, the Friday night fights,
And the Shadow, a favorite of mine.
A smile comes to my lips, I feel a warmth deep inside
As these memories all come to mind.
And despite all these hardships, there was plenty of love,
And a better life would be most hard to find.
As I look at today and the challenges we face,
I need to repeat the phrase
That I heard from my parents years ago,
Give me the good old days.

Hello Senior Citizens!
Wednesday, May 11 – We had a total attendance of 63! Refreshments for
today were provided by the following: Doris Haas, Nancy Sanner,
Sherry & Linny Hafer, Anna & Chester Burgert, Ginny Nolte, and Lucille
Yenser! The program for today’s meeting was provided by Michael
McGrath, and he hails from the West Chester area. Michael entertained
us on his acoustic guitar with a number of different songs, and he
titled his program “Music in the Living!”
Tuesday, May17 – We had 56 travelers board the Elite Coach, at 9 a.m.,
with Ron at the wheel, as we traveled to the Hickory Bridge Farm, in
Orrtanna, PA for a delicious noon meal, and then again we boarded
the coach and headed for the Totem Pole Playhouse, in Fayetteville, PA,
for a special show entitled “Lovesick Blues - a tribute to Hank Williams,
Sr. and Patsy Cline.” Robbie Limon was Hank Williams, Sr. and Denise
Patton was Patsy Cline. Great Show! Thank you to all six of the nonmembers, & 50 Members, that made this trip possible!
Wednesday May 25 – We had 62 in attendance! Refreshments provided

CALEB’S CREW OF
OPEN BIBLE BAPTIST CHURCH
On Saturday, May 28, we had our annual picnic. Our original
intention was to have it at Gring’s Mill, but due to the heat and
humidity, we took it indoors at the church. We enjoyed plenty
of food and fellowship, with hamburgers and hot dogs grilled on
a griddle.
Several of our members have been away visiting family. Terry
& Louise Usner flew to Florida to visit Louise’s sister, while
Kathy Wolfe spent three weeks with her son in Florida. Pastor
Greg and Nancy drove out to Kansas to spend a week with their
daughter and her family.
Our next activity is on Saturday, July 9, when we will go to
the Reading Railroad Museum in Hamburg. We’ll leave the
church at 9:30 a.m. and be back around lunchtime. The cost is
$6 per person, but for a group of ten or more it’s $5. We also plan
to go to Reppert’s Candy in Pleasantville on Saturday, August 6,
to enjoy their ice cream and toppings bar.

LEAGUE OF GOLDEN AGERS
Our annual Mystery Trip was on Wednesday, May 4. We
spent an interesting day in Hanover. Our first stop was at the
Revonah Pretzel Shop where we saw the “old fashioned” way of
making pretzels by hand. Then it was off to lunch at the Dutch
Country Restaurant. Our next stop was at the Warehime-Myers
Mansion where we had a guided tour. These are the people that
had Hanover shoes, vegetables you see in the store, and race
horses. After the tour we visited the Hanover Horse Farms and
learned a lot about the trotter horses. We always have lots of fun
on our trips. Here is a list of upcoming trips we are taking the
rest of the year:
August 3: Taste of Annapolis, $120 – we start our day with soup at Ram’s
Head Tavern & Brewery, then we tour the Naval Academy. Lunch is at
the Maryland Crab House, then we visit London Town & Gardens, then
a cooking demonstration of the 10-layer Smith Island Cake. This is a trip
you don’t want to miss!
September 11-17: Mackinac Island, $800 – seven days/six nights, includes
ferry rides, carriage rides, shopping, museum, casino, and lots of other
activities.
October 4: Penn’s Peak in Jim Thorpe, $82 – we will enjoy “Rick K and the All
Nighters” and have a family style lunch.
November 2: $95 – lunch at Hershey Farms and then we go to Millennium
Theater to see “Samson.”
Our meetings are the second and fourth Wednesday of the
month at 10 a.m. in St. John’s Parish House in Mohnton,

PRIME TIMERS OF ZION’S CHURCH, HAMBURG
Zion’s Prime Timers will be involved in a variety of activities
during July.
The trip of the month will be on Wednesday, July 13 when
they will attend the Pines Dinner Theatre in Allentown. After
a noon dinner they will see the production “Singing In the
Rain.”
Some of our Prime Timers participated in the Creation
Festival in Mt. Union, which took place June 20 - July 3.
Two bus trips are planned for August. The first is on
Wednesday, August 3 with attendance at the Hunterdon Hills
Playhouse for the production “Rock, Roll and Soul.” Anyone
interested in attending may call the church at 610-562-2300 to
check on seat availability.
Then on Wednesday, August 10th the Prime Timers will
participate with Zion’s youth for a day trip to Knoebel’s Grove.

ZION SPIES LUTHERAN CHURCH
This month we had another enjoyable time. We had an
Everybody’s Birthday Party. Good food, good friends, lunch was
catered by Fleetwood Butcher Shop. Monica from Keystone
Villa, Fleetwood gave a presentation on life at the Villa. Sounds
quite nice!
Next, we had our meeting, sang Happy Birthday to members
with May Birthdays, also recognized those with May Anniversaries. Minutes were read, treasurer’s report read also. Our trips are
full with the exception of the trip to American Music Theatre
to see “Crooners” on Thursday, July 21. We still have a few seats
left for this one if anyone is interested.
For next month’s meeting we have a Hystorical Hat Show
(Hysterical) scheduled, should be interesting!! Kathy passed out
tickets for the June 6 game at the Reading Fighting Phils. We
ended our celebration with a game of Now You Have it, Now
You Don’t. Each person brought a $3 gift for the game and a
good time was had by all!!

May 3: Our third trip this year took us to Penn’s Peak, in Jim Thorpe, PA – Our 45
passengers enjoyed the “Branson Fever” show, featuring good music
and the comedy of Crazy Elmer. Included was a tribute to Dolly Parton,
and the female impersonator looked and sounded like Dolly, complete
with blonde wigs, glittering costumes, and enhanced bosom. Our
family-style lunch was very good, especially the roast beef. A good
time was had by all.

May 13: Past Meeting – Despite the rain, our 118 attending members truly
enjoyed the musical entertainment performed by award winning
guitarist, David Cullen. Wonderful music and sing-along tunes. Lunch
was hot dogs, sauerkraut, chips and beverages with second helpings.
Thanks to our Refreshments Committee: Richard and Ruth Ann Haas,
Barbara Garl, Bessie Litzenberger, Grace Thompson, Betty Ruth, Mary
Mascheri, Sandra Schell and Vivian Kunkle.
May 18: The American Music Theatre “Crooners” show was fantastic – Included
was 33 songs made popular by famous “big name” stars, with a special
tribute to Frank Sinatra. Talented singer, dancers, and the orchestra
put on a wonderful performance, amid a beautiful stage setting, and
clad in gorgeous, sparkling costumes. Afterward, we had lunch and ate
hearty at the Golden Corral Buffet, enjoying the wide variety of food
choices. All of our 44 passengers praised this show and our lunch.

9/11 Memorial Museum & Circle Line Cruise — New York City September 21 – Enjoy a delightful narrated cruise around the Manhattan
Island. Following the cruise we will visit the newly opened 9/11 Memorial
Museum, which was built on the foundation of the two towers that fell on
September 11, 2001. One of the two main exhibits, the “In Memoriam” exhibit
honors those killed on 9/11 and during the bombing of the World Trade Center on
Feb. 26, 1993. Package also includes a box lunch and dinner.
Magical Moments — Philadelphia, PA - October 25 – This whimsical package
includes a visit to Philadelphia Magic Gardens a collection of folk,
mosaic, and visionary art. Also included is a step- on guided tour of

well attended by our members. We ate hoagies and chips with
a drink and saved the best for last, the delicious birthday cake.
Our entertainer was Sandy Heisler who hails from Lancaster
County and plays some foot tapping tunes and sing alongs on
the piano.

TECHNOLOGY WORKSHOP In response to popular
demand, BCASR will once again sponsor a half-day summer
workshop focusing on hands-on experience with your various
computer devices. The workshop will be held on July 21 from
8:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Berks County Intermediate Unit,
1111 Commons Boulevard, Muhlenberg Township. Students
enrolled in the Computer Science Program at Conrad Weiser
High School, under the direction of their advisor, Arlan Dietrich, will work with guests to demonstrate the various uses of
computer devices. Attendees are asked to bring their devices
and questions for the students about Smart Phones, Tablets,
Skype, Computers, Excel, Word, Email, Photos, Internet,
Cameras, Facebook Pages, GPS and music to the workshop.
