Day 1 : Cassaigne – Continental hotel in Condom
- Visit of Cassaigne's Castle : Built in the 13th century, this beautiful site is a major centre for the
production of Armagnac and a place where you will discover the history of Gascony
- Arrival at the hotel and time to make yourself at home in your room
- Welcoming aperitif and presentation of the programme of your stay

Day 2 : Condom – Saint Puy
- Buffet breakfast at the hotel
- Guided visit of Condom Cathedral and Cloister : Discover this 16th Century building with the cloister
and its Gothic vaulting which suffered greatly during the religious wars
- Departure for Saint Puy
- Gascon lunch at Terre Blanche : On this rural estate, you will taste local farm productions in a true
Gascon tradition
- Visite of Monluc's Castle (Saint Puy) : You will discover this historical site lived since the neolithic
period. This place is also the birthplace of the famous Pousse Rapière (literally “sword thrust”), a Gascon
aperitif based on Armagnac liquor flavoured with bitter orange
- Return to Condom. Free time to visit the town by yourself
- Dinner at the restaurant ‘Les Jardins de la Baïse’
Day 3 : St Clar de Lomagne – Gramont - Condom
- Buffet breakfast at the hotel
- Departure for St Clar de Lomagne. Visit of the Village : You will discover this charming little bastide
which is the main centre of production of white garlic
- Departure for Gramont.
- Lunch at the restaurant ‘Le Petit Feuillant’ : Bernard and the Chef will cook delicious Gascon dishes
with loving care
- Visit of Gramont's castle : Originally a medieval castle, it was expanded at the Renaissance. It is a
beautiful dwelling and it is a living testimony of the pleasures of life in the South West France.
- Return to Condom. Suggestions :

Day 4 : Larressingle – Nérac
- Buffet breakfast at the Hotel
- Departure for Larressingle and visit of the « Pilgrims' halt » museum : in a house, built in the 13th
century, you will admire 75 wax characters which reconstruct everyday life in medieval times. You will
discover the Gers'« Little Carcassonne » with its curtain walls and defensive structures from the 13th century
- Return to Condom and guided visit of the storehouse run by Condom's union of wine producers :
Immerse yourself in the Gascon wine world and the “vine grower's 4 seasons” video (outside period of grape
harvests)
- Lunch at the restaurant ‘Les Jardins de la Baïse’
- Departure for Nérac and visit of La Cigale artisan chocolate factory: you will discover the history of
chocolate, its processing and all kinds of gourmet specialities allying sophistication and refinement
- Stroll in the Garenne Park in Nérac : Discover many fountains, amongst which “Fleurette's fontaine”
named after the tragic story of the king's gardener's daughter which would have given the Frenche phrase
“conter fleurette” and the English verb “to flirt”.

Day 5 : La Romieu

acres of lad against the backdrop of La Romieu Collegiate Church, you will discover a stunningly beautiful
vegetable world
- Lunch at the restaurant “Le Cardinal” in La Romieu : with a beautiful arcaded terrace, enjoy Gascon
flavours in a warm and rustic environment. Here, happiness is in the Gers !
- Visit of the Collegiate Church of La Romieu : Visit this magnificent Collegiate Church listed at the
UNESCO world heritage since 1998. It is also a stopping place on the pilgrims' way to Santiago de
Compostella
- Visit of Castelnau sur l’Auvignon : this village is located on a rocky outcrop and was completely
destroyed during intense fighting on June 21th 1944. Then, it was entirely rebuilt with the stones of the castle
