The family adventure mountain!
This is the ideal place for family excursions located directly
at the foot of the impressive Baranci/Haunold mountain range. The main attraction on Monte Baranci/Haunold is South
Tyrol‘s first summer toboggan run Fun Bob. Kids also have
lots of fun on the tubing run and the climbing adventure trail.
Parents may in the meantime enjoy the beautiful view in the
relaxation area in front of Rifugio Gigante Baranci/Riese Haunold Hütte.
Panoramic mountain views!
There is no other mountain with such a breathtaking mountain
panorama. The guided tour to Monte Elmo/Helm at sunrise is
one of the main highlights. But Monte Elmo/Helm has much
more to offer: an adventure village for kids, beautiful hiking
trails and ideal conditions for paragliding.
The mountain of alpine pastures!
Once an alpine pasture for bulls, Orto del toro/Stiergarten is
today a real paradise for hiking fans. Enjoy the wonderful alpine
pastures in Sesto/Sexten and the Carnic high alpine trail with
wonderful view to the Three Peaks.
Mountain experience in the Dolomites!
On Croda Rossa/Rotwand the mountains are so close, you
could almost reach out and touch them. Moreover, Croda
Rossa/Rotwand is renowned for its important role in history
being part of the frontline during the First World War, for its
vie ferrate, which are among the most beautiful in the Alps
and for the reindeer herd, a real highlight for kids.
