RENTAL INFORMATION – TERMS & CONDITIONS
All Prices are Subject to Change without Notice.
Sales Taxes in addition, if applicable.
RATES are based on a 1-day use of equipment. Pricing for more than 3 days is
available upon request. Rental equipment returned after the contract date will
incur late charges. You will be charged for time out not time used.
Reservations for equipment should be made in advance to insure availability and
to give us the ability to have your order ready for pick-up and/or delivery. At the
time of reservation, we must have a signed reservation/contract and 50% payment
to hold your reservation.
PAYMENT on all orders is to be prepaid 48 hours prior to delivery by check, cash or
credit card unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon. A
refundable deposit is required on items rented for pick up, including all
concession equipment, fountains, misting fans and heaters.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee of 25% of the total rental will be withheld from your initial
payment if your reservation is cancelled 11 or more days prior to pick-up delivery.
If cancelled 10 days or less prior to pick-up/delivery date, 100% of your deposit in
non-refundable.
DELIVERY AND SETUP SERVICE is offered to your residence or business address.
Deliveries are made to a door, dock, garage, etc. that is readily assessable to our
trucks. Rented items will be left stacked at your location and must be re-stacked
and ready for pick up at the agreed time. Set up and take down of equipment is
available for an extra charge, but must be arranged in advance to ensure proper
staffing levels. All tent, dance floor and stage set-up is included in their respective
pricing. Our minimum delivery charge is $35.00.
DELIVERY AND PICK UP HOURS are Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday
hours are 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, by appointment only. After hour delivery and
pick up are available by appointment only and extra charges will apply.
REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR CHARGES will be assessed on any equipment lost or
damaged. Responsibility of all rented items remain with the customer from time of
pick up or delivery, until items are returned and should take all precautions to
protect the equipment especially in the case of inclement weather.

Helpful Information
Below is a table reflecting allowance for each person in a tent. Multiply the square
footage below by the number of person in the tent to calculate square footage
needed. Additional allowances need to be made for all equipment in the tent.
Allowances for stages are calculated according to square footage needed for a
specific purpose.

Thinking chicken on the menu? Here are some helpful hints!
How to Cook Chicken on Propane Grills:
1) Legs and thighs are the recommended pieces for gas grilling and should be thawed thoroughly prior to cooking.
2) To prevent flare-ups, remove the skin, or par boil the chicken prior to grilling.
3) Cook chicken at lowest burner setting.
4) Legs and thighs store easily in food pans for transfer to steam table or serving area.
5) BBQ sauce is best applied after grilling or placed on the tables, rather than added during grilling.
6) A spray bottle filled with water is useful to reduce flare-ups.
