For use with the JVC GY DV500/550 and other
full-size industrial, 3-chip camcorders.
The Pro DV Series are high-quality, lightweight, affordable lens accessories
designed to help you to go a little wider, reach farther, or move closer than the
zoom lens alone will allow. This family is made for use on zoom lenses with 75mm
or 65mm lens fronts such as the JVC GY DV500/550, and Panasonic AJ-D215.
Pro DV Series adapters and converters clamp-on directly to the front of the
lens so mounting and removing accessories is quick and easy. Century’s superb
optics provide the finest professional images. These state-of-the-art accessories
minimize chromatic aberrations & unwanted distortion and
produce images that are ultrasharp edge-to-edge.

The 1.6X Tele-Converter is a front mounting accessory that also provides greater telephoto reach. Fitted
on the front of your zoom lens,
the Pro DV Series Tele-Converter
1.6X Tele-Converter instantly shifts the focal length
range in the telephoto direction. Adding the 1.6X TeleConverter to the Fujinon S14x7.5 BRM, for example,
results in a focal length range of 105-168mm. (At focal
lengths shorter than 105mm, vignetting occurs).
These Macro Zoom Attachments
give zooms more close-up range
and magnification, while maintaining zoom capabilities —and
Achromatic Diopters without compromising image
quality. Available in +2.0 & +3.5 magnifications, Pro
DV Series Achromatic Diopters are indispensible
whenever you need to focus tightly on a small object
in tabletop, miniature, & flat field videography.
Fisheye Adapter
The 2X Tele-Extender attaches to the
back of video zooms, available for
both 1/2" or 1/3” bayonet mounts,
doubling the focal length. The 2X
Tele-Extender's shallow depth of field

makes it easy to isolate a subject
from foreground and background, and to shoot past
visual barriers, as well. For the longest possible reach
—and full zoom-through capabilities —add the 2X
Tele-Extender and the 1.6X Tele-Converter to your zoom.
The 7.5-105mm focal length range of the Fujinon S14x7.5,
for example, is expanded to an remarkable 24-336mm
when Tele-Extender and Tele-Converter are in place.
