Special Appeal
“As a single parent, I’m so grateful for the opportunities
my son has through the Discovery Center. He has evolved
so much. When he attends functions at the Center, he
feels needed and like he’s part of a family. Without the
assistance of a scholarship, he wouldn’t be able to attend.”
– Kim Weaver
Please consider a financial gift to
assure the children, adolescents and
adults Hope supports have equal
opportunities to recreate, socialize
and be included. Your gifts tonight
will be designated for scholarships
to assist individuals and families
requesting financial assistance to
attend meaningful activities and
programs that help foster full lives.
Scholarships assist
individuals whose
participation is not funded
through another source,
or for those who cannot
afford the supplies or
activity fees associated
with the program they are
attending.

“Indian Summer” by VRae
This is an artist signed, infused metal print. Because the
image is infused into and not onto the coating, the prints
have archival value and durability. The archival value
of a print should be judged not only by its resistance to
degradation by U.V. light and ozone, but also moisture
and surface tenacity. Metal infused prints are waterproof,
scratch resistant and, when displayed out of direct
sunlight, can be hung in or outdoors.! Make sure you see
it in person at the live auction table.
