In your own interest, we would ask you to maintain a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Most guests would prefer telephone calls to be made
quietly or not at all. Our pool attendants will always try to arrange
free loungers for you. Please refrain from reserving multiple loungers
with towels. Instead, we recommend that you reserve comfy loungers
for two, with or without VIP service.
The sauna is a nude zone and is exclusively available to guests aged
16+. In wet areas we strongly advise the wearing of sandals or flip-flops
to prevent slipping.
Cancellations can be done without charge up to 24 hours before your
appointment.
